I absolutely loved this place and recommend it very much. It is located in peaceful green nature away from Musanze chaos, but at the same time close enough that you easily reach it by moto taxi. The cook in the restaurant is amazing. Generally all the staff is really friendly and helpful, always available for advice on activities. They upgraded my tent reservation for a little house for free since it was raining. It was clean and comfy. They are doing an amazing job supporting the local community, you can really experience authentic Rwanda here. :)

The place is great. It seems brand new, it's a great value for money. The man taking care of it was so nice to make breakfast at 06.00 in order for us to go hiking on time. I would definitely recommend it. Only if you have your own car though. There is not really a reception, and the guy in charge didn't know we would come. He had to call the manager to verify.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Makeri residence. Jackie's exceptional hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We admired the view and garden, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable. Jackie and her team consistently went above and beyond even taking us on tours of the area, washing our shoes after they got dirty from mud, going out to get items that we had requested. I cannot recommend this place more. A true hidden gem.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Ruhengeri, SAISH Stay features a bar. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

the room was very clean and nice, there is an internal parking and the hotel is located 20 minutes drive from Virunga Volcanoes National Park. Sandra was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is great.

Friendly staff, staff flexibility. The room was nice, the bed was confortable and had a mosquito net. They event woke up extremely early to prepare the breakfast for me :) The breakfast was tasty, great coffee.
