    This was my third stay at the hotel. Even though the Fitness Centre is officially only for men, they allowed me to use it early in the morning and even gave me the keys on one occasion. The staff were particularly helpful and the food is excellent. I will come back again at my next stay in Taif.

    Variety of foods and very tasty. Khayal restaurant is very nice and highly recommended. Moving around is very easy especially using Careem (similar to Grab). The drivers are very accommodating to our request.

    It is a beautiful area in Saudi Arabia.

    It is a beautiful area in Saudi Arabia. You'll enjoy stunning landscapes during cold months because the rain and water allow greens to cover the dry rocks creating a magical view of the desert. This is the perfect escape from the city, if you enjoy nature, hiking, waterfalls (during certain months), camels, and rural Saudi life, you would enjoy Ash Shafa. And it is less than 2hours from the bright Jeddah.

    If staying in any place in the same location, bring your...

    If staying in any place in the same location, bring your food and all your needs with you. The groceries are with limited options. Restaurants are available in about 10 to 15km. Taif center is more than 30km away from As Sayl as Saghir. I brought my barbecue and other food items. The only thing I bought from near by grocery is the drinking water. Expect some cats and dogs in the area. I would avoid going to Taif and booking in the same area. I believe AlShifa is better option in terms of facilities and the weather.

    Taif is a good place to visit, especially during the summer when the temperature is very moderate compared to other cities in the Middle East. It is a small town, but has quite a few sceneries and good cloudy weather to enjoy most of the year. In addition to a few beautiful parks in the city, the nearby Al-Shifa area is worth visiting.

    It is a nice place to stay for 2-3 days........ It has cable car which is excellent, and you can see the terrific al hada curvey road....... The drivers can enjoy this road........... you may visit nearby palces such as, Tiaf city, Daka mountain........ etc

    Pleasent, cool mountainous natural beauty. Excellent get away from city life. I enjoy staying here regardless of season .... In summers its a good escape from the desert heat! and in winters enjoy the view of foggy mountains and cold weather with rains or even snow if you are lucky!
