    Nice mid size modern city extended at the Red sea coast. Very nice and modern north corniche area. Plenty of good and cheap hotels. Plenty of good restaurants, A lot of nice shops. Place to travel free of charge to Farasan islands. To take day trip to some desert islands. (North Farasan Banks). New night life areas,

    There is very little to do in Jizan except get the free...

    There is very little to do in Jizan except get the free ferry to Farasan Island. It leaves at 07:30 but you are asked to be at the ticket office by 6 am latest. You also need your passport. I didn't bother with the boat ride as I would be stuck on Farasan till 15:30 pm when the return ferry departs.
