Everything, from start to finish was absolutely incredible. Everyone, from the bag porters, to the reception desk helpers, to the waiters at the restaurant, were all exceptional. The room was very spacious, new, and clean. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. The staff were very polite and professional in their interactions. Also regarding our stay in Every moment near the Haram felt special and unforgettable. Our stay in hotel was pleasant and the staff was very great and helped us with parking.

    Not going to lie , the whole point of travelling there is to have good time near the sea with my family , less crowded placed more special family time near the sea but the problem is almost no resorts at all near the sea , and the only one is very very expensive at least in booking.com I couldn't find any , kinda looking forward to see the sandy beaches but non of that were present , the unnecessary traffic from some drivers , some of the cars on the street were in a really bad shape I can't believe how are they permitted to drive .. was kinda looking for some families/kids areas but I couldn't find any maybe it was due to my lack of research .. I liked the sea food I'd love to see more of the fine sea food cuisines since the sea food is so fresh and delicious , I didn't like how the touring boats are blasting music kinda make sitting to watch the sunset kinda noisy and not relaxing

    Variety of foods and very tasty. Khayal restaurant is very nice and highly recommended. Moving around is very easy especially using Careem (similar to Grab). The drivers are very accommodating to our request.

    The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of...

    The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of checkin even still we have 5 days remaining in our booking and he argue with us i show him the reciept of my booking then he realized its not us and he even not say sorry for us.And the bathroom is so dirty we are the one clean and kettle is not working we need to tell them not working

    Location is not good for access to haram Although its near to haram mosque in google maps or booking maps but roads are closed due to masar haram project U need an hour to reach haram from hotel and hotel shuttle bus will drop u at a tunnel which u have to walk for around 2kms

    I came for Umrah from Riyadh by road, it was a good facility at Taif Meeqat & then staying in Mellinium hotel for two nights. Car parking was good & easily accessible but i could not taste hotel menu and there are no good restaurants around the hotel by walk. Hotel staff & facilities are good.
