- From £128.23 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.4Good - What previous guests thought, 205 reviewsThe hotel is in a fabulous position overlooking the countryside in Storlien. We were made very welcome and enjoyed our stay. The copper bar is especially nice, having had a recent refurbishment , like many other parts of the hotel. The hotel's history is very evident .Guest review byKathrynUnited Kingdom

This very small village is difficult to get around without a car. There is no taxi service and the supermarket is quite a walk. That said daily trains take you to bigger centres in Sweden or Norway. Hotel did the best steak in Sweden.Guest review byJanAustralia - 10.0
Excellent place to relax.
Excellent place to relax. Fewer hiking trails than expected (or else I couldn't find them.) Easy train ride from Stockholm to Storlien, but the way back took very long (detour via Sundsvall). Ridiculously large shopping mall.Guest review byMarcoNetherlands
