- From £105.11 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,971 reviewsI don't know with what to start... this might just be one of my favourite hotels in the world! The ambience in the whole resort is amazing. From the moment you enter the propriety, you feel welcome. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and smiling at you. The path to reach your room feels magical. The room was cosy and peaceful (except Saturday night as there was an event in the hotel beside, but this was out of their control). The inside is very comfortable, and you also have a cute spot on your balcony. Many amenities are available in the room. The breakfast was tasty, they even had their own made bread. They also have some area to relax, which I could have spent the full day. I will definitely come back!Guest review byArielleUnited Arab Emirates
- From £191.32 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 656 reviewsIf you are in doubt where to stay, then this is the best place to stay in Pai! We are so glad we stayed at this hotel. The staff is perfect and did everything to make us feel good from the smallest to the biggest. They really like children and really became their friends during our stay. It was fun to get fresh fruit, get a shuttle to the city and back, eat at the hotel's restaurant. Thank you Oia Hotel you made our stay in Pai perfect. Highly recommend! Greetings from us parents and also from Itay and ShiraGuest review byYuvalIsrael
- From £122.17 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 80 reviewsThe resort grounds are beautifully kept. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and gorgeous, really beautifully done and interesting to look at with lovely tiles and interesting curved styling all round. Bathtub filled quickly with piping hot water. Pool is nice and wasn't busy during our stay. Nice big comfy bed and plenty of towels, gowns etc. It's very quiet. We didn't see many other guests.Guest review byRichardUnited Kingdom
- From £296.90 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 486 reviewsLiked just about everything. The decor, the landscaping, pool, restaurant...all just dreamy. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the walking street if you want it. Very cool and quiet property. Was a pleasure to call it home for 4 nights and hope to have the opportunity to return in the future. I would highly recommend this property.Guest review bySonnyInMtlCanada
- From £17.29 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very good - What previous guests thought, 60 reviewsMuch needed spot to relax on the MHS loop, good value for money and I think the photos on here don't do it justice really. It was way nicer than I was expecting and you get what you pay for. Also there's a really nice rooftop to watch the sunset, and some good restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and kind and there were free bananasGuest review byBethUnited Kingdom

Beautiful place destroyed by young travelers mainly Germans and British coming for the tipsy tubing on the river...really stupid and dangerous attraction...The authority should stop this! Otherwise it remains a beautiful area to visit.Guest review byMatthieuSpain - 6.0

Nothing to see except nearby shrine on tophills with stunning view of the town. Proximity to few Karen tribe villages. Besides that the town itself has nothing to offer. No life on streets and most of business closed after 8 pm.Guest review byRomanPoland - 8.0

It was worth the three hour trip from Pai on the most winding roads through the hills. Top tip - take a travel sickness pill. A small town that's geared up for a massive influx of visitors who on average only stay one night. Plenty of good restaurants and the 40 minute nightime trip around the lake is the highlight. Lots of good photo/video opportunities.Guest review byHastings - 10.0

The area around is beautiful situated in the mountains. The roads bend and rise up and down with very little traffic. There are many local restaurants offering cheap local foods. A great place to stop while travelling around the area.Guest review byChristopherAustralia - 8.0

We stopped off at Khun Yuam as we had visited the yellow flower fields at Thung Bua Tong which are in flower in mid November. We were then on our way to Pia. We only stayed one night which was enough to see what the town had to offer.Guest review byExPat0001Thailand - 10.0

Pai is a sleepy little hippie village surrounded by mountains. There are no AirBnB tours and no Trip Advisor tours. The streets are lined with tea shops, restaurants, bars, coffee joints and lots of weed shops. Riding scooters here is super dangerous. I’d say about 5-10% of the other travelers had crashed their scooters and were bandaged up. Everything is walkable. So not worth the risk. Loved Pai. Lots of Britts being rowdy at night but bars close at Midnight, so they all have to go home. During the day, it is so sleepy.Guest review byJamesUnited States - 10.0

I booked a 4 pax room which has the best view in my opinion. I felt the facilities, the room space and cleanliness are beyond my expectation. What I don't like is the steel slope pavement to my accommodation.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Mae Sarioang is the one crossroad of the R108 and R105 between Mae Hong Song in the North, Mae Sot in the South and Hot/Chiang Mai to the East. Mae Sariang is for many an overnight stop from one of those places to one of those places, what does not gives Mae Sariang the attention it deserves. It is a great hub, for a good number of day trips into the mountain, to and along the Salaweng river and to a great number of viewpoints on relatively good paved roads and some dirt roads. It has conserved the old days charm of a slower Northern Thailand / Lana small town with enough bars, restaurants and coffee shops to fill a week. A good place to stay a bit longer and explore the hill tops, river villages and coffee plantations, before you are heading off to the next point.Guest review byCarsten DohrmannGermany - 6.0
Ten years ago this might have been heaven on earth.
Ten years ago this might have been heaven on earth. Today, it's overrun with party-hungry, mostly British tourists, who are loud, numerous and disrespectful. Such a shame, really, as the town is charming and the nature is lush, but it's just too much of that drinking-puking-yelling vibe to be enjoyable.Guest review byViktorNetherlands - 10.0

A small town which most people use as a stopover on the Mae Hong Son Loop. It is a lovely place with some lively local spots on the river. Trekking and rafting available. Recommend Ching Ching bar for drinks and Redwood and Coriander restaurant for great food. Cheap massage in local spots.Guest review byandrewUnited States
