We were staying at the hotel the 2nd week of December. It was well attended but not overly busy. The temperature was around 23-26 °C. Just perfect. The hotel is nice and clean; the staff was really helpful and polite. The food was delicious and plenty. Our room was spacious, clean, well stocked with coffee and tea. Every morning, the bottled water has been stocked up. There is a general shop on site with touristy stuff and basic toiletries, clothing's; postcards and stamps; The bar is open all day. There is room service available too. The pool water was clean and tidy all around. The hotel is right on the beach, with someone checking that only hotel guests use the deck chairs, as the beach is accessible by all. (Not through the hotel, though) There are cute cats everywhere. We've had a small pool outside of our room. There are many small pools, which neighbouring rooms can share and there is a big main pool too.

Incredible stay. Staff and owner welcomed us as family if you are djerba you NEED to stay here . Everything is new and spotless. The food is fresh with lots of choices the animators are AMAZING and have lots of activities for the kids and adults from morning to night . I promise you and your family will not be disappointed. Great hotel with great location right on the beach. The beach was really nice white sand and clear water.. Food was varied and suits most tastes. Many days we had grilled fish and barbecue. Staff was extremely helpful. I asked the front desk for a small fix in the room, she sent sombody right away and problem fixed. The animation team is very skilled and there is a great dancing atmosphere after dinner. I recommand this hotel very much.

    The hotel is not new, but is well maintained. All of the staf were hepfull and very kind. WiFi was exeptional, covering all hotel. Two great pools (inner and outside) and great beach at the end. Great food and baverage. For that location and that value of money considering the all inclusive, anything but 9 would not be appropriete.

    The graffiti art in Djerbahood is definitely worth visiting...

    The graffiti art in Djerbahood is definitely worth visiting as is the nearby ancient synagogue. Hamt soukh is interesting but beware of some of the traders as they can be so pushy and hence over priced. Dont be afraid to bargain hard. There are some amazing quiet beaches that are off the beaten track that taxis will take you too and pick up and they are so inexpensive it is cheaper than getting a hire car. We had a four hour tour with a driver for only £35. We visited during Rammadan so there were limitations of bars and restaurants but not at the hotels.

    Djerba is a beautifully, calm and relaxing island with good weather and lots of activities to enjoy. Most things are absolute value for money with food options plenty. The island is pretty easy to get around although for convenience, I’d recommend hiring a car.

    Zarzis is a typical Tunisian town. Not a tourist centre. Every thing is typical of a normal town. We went out with a driver for 2 days which was amazing, we covered over 500km. When we go again we will have more time out on the road to see more of the country. We visited a local restaurant twice for breakfast and dinner. Traditional food not tourist food. We like to eat non English dishes.

    Nice friendley neighbours and nearby shops . it was great being in an apartment so I was able to cater for myself it gave me the freedom of doing what I wanted. Taxis prices were really affordable and a local bus service was available to get around the island.
