Everything was perfect. Staff was kind and attentive. (They offered me a room with a balcony, and phoned me as soon as I entered the room to check if everything was fine. They also spoke to me in a timly manner to see if there was anything they could do, for example lending a wine opener.) The location was unbeatable. The facility was traditionally decorated yet modern and clean. I have already booked my next stay in January.

Well placed in the medina , the hotel is a wonderful example of local architecture and charm. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful and they speak English which is quite rare in Tunis.
