At first glance it was the beautiful flowers everywhere, cute little alleys full of lush smells of flowers. Everything is so clean! Room big and that balcony!!!!! We slept on it every day !!! What was amazing about the hotel was that our beds were prepared every night for us with moskitiera closed and night lights on. CUTE

The location is great, has a nice beach holidays vibe with only 8 bungalow, so a cozy place and not crowded. Mainly polish and Italians when we were there. We slept 8 nights in a twin bed room, no sea view but the beach was right outside the door. Mattress were super comfortable and air conditioning was working well, there was no sea breeze in our specific room. Pressure in the shower was also there which is a plus. We were very much impressed with the good food from the restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The staff was prepared and nice, really a good team work. We had few power outages as it is normal on the island but the generator is working well and electricity is back in few minutes. A plus, you have also free water all day which is great with such temperatures. Thank you Magda and the Poa Poa Team for the nice stay!

The hotel staff is very welcoming, specifically Mr Erick, and the man who wears traditional zanzbar clothes was very welcoming .The staff in all kitchens are clean and smiling to the guests and jokes with us which makes our stay more fun 😁 The housekeepers are clean and nice .

The staff at Alpha Boutique were very pleasant and eager to ensure we were comfortable.They welcomed us in when we requested for early check in given our flight time and also took the initiative to send an airport shuttle upon our arrival at 3am.     An incredible place, it couldn’t be more beautiful. The facilities are super clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The views are spectacular, and everything together makes for an unforgettable experience. The best part of all is the staff. Gee is amazing, he makes you feel like part of the family, welcomes you, looks after you, and always cares about you. He’s truly a wonderful person!! Breakfast is complete, delicious, and right in front of the sea! Ali and the rest of the chefs and restaurant staff are lovely, and they quickly make you feel at home as well. On top of that, everything they cook is incredibly good! I couldn’t recommend this place more! I’ve been to many places, but this one is my favorite forever! I’ll definitely be back!!!

Boat trips, beach activities, village strolls, getting to know the culture of local people who are very knowlegeable about the natural agriculture and extreemly kind and nice. We loved every minute of our stay at Kiwengwa.

    Paradise.

    Paradise. Very long and large beach, friendly local people, very calm and quite place. We loved it. Its very save even in the nightwalks on the beach. There are some restaurants, coffee places where you can drink fresh, cocktails or snacks.

    I loved the colour, clarity and temperature of the water. The sand was so soft and almost white. I didn't like the hassle on the beach though. It was easier to stay at the hotel to avoid it. But that's not why you visit another country!
