What a place! A calm slice of rural Acholi life 10 mins out of Gulu. Comfortable, clean, and modern rooms, with excellent views over the river and surrounding countryside. A wonderful bar and dining area and a Great outdoor area to relax by a fire or watch the football on a huge screen.
The highlights, however, are the peace, quiet, local bird and wildlife, and the cultural activities which seems to occur frequently. Watching local dancers and musicians practice was an absolute pleasure.
Already looking forward to my return.

It's a nice hotel, very clean and very central. When I arrived the room that I was promised was not good but with support of the manager and the owner, I was moved to a better room and very comfortable. The owner and the manager have been very professional and responsive but I believe they should have trained their staff to communicate with the guests in a better manners.
Elena & Kimberly is situated in Gulu and has a garden and a terrace. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

my room was a budget paradise, small, economical but sufficient and yes the breakfast was hot and exceptional, rivals some of the costliest places in this town.
