- From £65.93 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 1,968 reviewsFrom the girls who welcome you, they are very friendly, very receptive and try to find options for you. The rooms are quite large and the bathroom is a bit small. The location is excellent, very close to downtown. It is not a 5 star hotel and it needs to be upgraded but it is really worth it, we would come back.Guest review byescarlaUnited States

Gatlinberg is an awesome place to visit, there are so many things to do whether you're shopping, playing or eating ,and the atmosphere is amazing. You could do something different every day. And the mountains are so beautiful even if it rains. I loved every minute and can't wait to go back. Favorite spots were just walking the streets where all the shops were and driving through Cades Cove. We stayed in a hotel right off the main strip so everything was in walking distance.Guest review byDaniels - 10.0

My group toured the Biltmore and property. We also stayed at the Omni Grove Park Inn! We ate one evening at the Corner Kitchen and we were very glad to support Asheville in coming back after their flood. We also at on the Terrace at Grove Park Inn one evening. That venue is bar none the best in the USA.Guest review byAbles RigsbeeUnited States - 10.0

Cherokee has really done some growing since I was there shortly after the pandemic. Great new eateries, nice hotels. Getting around Cherokee was easy. Husband and I are both seniors and we did the Oconaluftee River tubing. We had a ball! Highly recommend. Only wish we had planned to stay in Cherokee longer.Guest review byCovingtonUnited States - 8.0

If you have kids or are adventurous, river tubing is available. We had lunch watching people mosey down the water. There are so many shops that can be explored, specialty fudge, cheeses, toys, blown glass, and on and on. There is minerature golf course, and camping areas too. Many places are pet friendly as well. It has a German based theme, and from what we heard, Ocktoberfest is a sell out for accommodations.Guest review byAnonymousUnited States - 10.0
Lots to do in Roanoke.
Lots to do in Roanoke. Bars, resteraunts and nearby wineries. Plenty of shopping with all the big names. Civic center close by as well as the airport within minutes. While not a huge city, Roanoke has everything you could want for a vacation visit. Highly recommend Smoky Bones at the mall entrance.Guest review byMichaelUnited States - 10.0

My daughter flew to Pittsburgh and our trip began with a two day stop in Lancaster before heading to Hagerstown. She was so delighted at how beautiful and well organized the visitors center was and how well staff it was with such knowledgeable individuals who are incredibly invested in their jobs as they share fascinating yet horrific stories of the loss of so many lives as mostly men fought to make the changes needed for this country to become the start of the nation that we know today. Actually seeing graves and fields so vividly described as they were transformed into mass murder scenes. We all left the area sad, yet so thankful to all of the men who fought and died for all of us. The area around the battlefields and memorials is easy to walk and full of interesting shops and beautiful scenery.Guest review byJosephUnited States - 10.0
Great little town with a variety of restaurants.
Great little town with a variety of restaurants. Didn't like having to pay to park anywhere near the shops and restaurants on King Street. The Peddler steakhouse was delicious and traffic was very light all weekend. The foggy mountain gem mine was fun sifting through the soil to find gems. Found some really cool stuff and the staff actually takes time to sort through your entire bag to explain what you found. The wife is having them cut & polish a rose quartz we found and is having it set in a ring for less than $90.Guest review byBrianUnited States - 8.0

Although there is road construction within the premises of the hotel property, I drove in to the local town to eat. There were a lot of unique and interesting places. I am a pizza "snob" and found "Moon Dog Brick Oven" to satisfy my tastes; I ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza that was very tasty and reasonably priced. I also walked along the main drag and found an ice cream place ("Frozen in Time") that served Hershey's Ice Cream (a favorite of mine). The locals were very friendly, and the town was very picturesque.Guest review byMargaretUnited States
