This was our 3rd stay during the same month and I think our previous two reviews say what we liked about it so I’ll try to be brief. The price cannot be beaten in the greater Denver metro area and I have searched and searched for places a bit more central but they often have hidden fees or “resort fees” that make no sense for a city hotel. Or the hotels in this price range have the worst reviews. The rooms are bigger than other hotels too. They have microwave ovens and small refrigerators. Very useful for us. The breakfast is very decent even though I’m not a big breakfast eater. Making homemade waffles is all I ever needed. My spouse ate a variety of other breakfast food. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The same woman seemed to work during breakfast and she was very kind and engaging. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were also great. So much for being brief!?

We really liked the spacious room and well-equipped kitchen. The decor was tasteful, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances, making it suitable even for a longer stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of warm options. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

    Location is great!

    Location is great! Close to dining options (Brothers Bar B Q is delish), right off of I25 but no traffic noise, which also made it easy to get to where we needed to be. Room spacious and clean. Pool area looked nice, although due to weather not able to use- Next time for sure as we will stay here again:)

    A centralized location with a sense of discrete quietness , yet accessible to every amenity. A small package 5 stars hotel within a blend of quietness and pleasing aesthetic surroundings. The staff surely made it a 5 stars.

    Not a leisure trip - bringing personal items to daughter who moved here - stayed because we are old folks who were tired and sore and it would be late to drive home the same day. The one night at Hampton Inn was too long.

    The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh.

    The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh. They put me in a room that was being renovated. The entire 2nd floor was under renovation. Drywall dust in the air. Loud atmosphere from the construction workers. Had no running water for several hours. No warning or signs posted that the hotel was being renovated.. I asked to change rooms and was told no. The afternoon clerk/ assistant manager was rude with no quality of being in the customer service business...

    It was easy to access the freeway.

    It was easy to access the freeway. People drive REALLY FAST on the freeway. I was doing about 75 and they were passing me like I was tied to a fence post. Not a lot of restaurants, so had to hunt around. The roads east of the hotel all dead-end at the airport and take you in an endless loop that seems impossible to exit. I wasted maybe 20 minutes trying to get out of there. Mostly it is just a bunch of high-end rich people's cookie-cutter houses, some shopping, and glass office towers. Not much remarkable about it. The mountains are about 1/2 hour west from there.

    This was an exceptional location.

    This was an exceptional location. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert. Loved the hotel and would highly recommend staying again. GREAT location and the room was very clean and simple. Beds were great too!

    The city of Centennial sits in the heart of the Denver Tech...

    The city of Centennial sits in the heart of the Denver Tech Center--a main business district in SE Denver but this is NOT downtown Denver so a car is a must to get to most places...it is a large suburban area where lots of businesses and office complexes exist. Lots of shopping, big mall, and restaurants nearby and I-25 interstate and C-470 highway both run right by it, so access to everything is easy by car. Almost any restaurant you want is within a 20 minute drive. 30 minutes to downtown Denver. Colorado Springs (Garden of the Gods area) is an hour south. CU Boulder is one hour north. CSU Ft Collins is 1.5 hours north.

    Room I was staying in was dirty.

    Room I was staying in was dirty. There were metal flakes, dirt, and food on the floor and on the bedding. Didn't receive housekeeping even once even though "lite service" was supposed to be provided once every other day. I would not stay at this location again if I can help it.
