We really loved the luxurious rooms at the Concord Hotel- huge, clean, and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful- making great suggestions for dinner when we asked for curbside pickup ideas. The bed was ultra comfortable and there is so much to see in walking distance of the hotel. During my visit I spent time in Nashua, NH. Although the hotel is technically in Merrimack, it is more mid-way between the two town's downtown areas. I highly recommend Nashua, it is a recovering and growing Boston bedroom community situated over the border in New Hampshire that remains fundamentally New Hampshire while also being very lively and interesting. Nashua is experiencing a renaissance, it offers an active and interesting night life, great food, coffee, beer and entertainment in a small city package, plus easy access to Boston or points north in New Hampshire or Vermont.Guest review byRichardUnited States - 10.0

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool temp was not too cool & not too warm but the Spa was closed our entire week. The office area had outdated software and i couldnt log into my email. Our king size room was great size (1 adult, 2 teen daughters & our furrylove) and clean. Breakfast was great and the free coffee, cookies & fruit until midnight was great! Decent size outside areas for dogs, outside patio was closed off. Could use extra trash bucket, vending machine = crazy money so bring snacks & drinks. Could not access the pool because of a pool party.
Could not access the pool because of a pool party. The noise went on for over 3 hours could even hear the tv and the first time i called the desk they did speak to the people having the party but the party just turned up the music. Second time I called the desk they said sorry for the inconvenience party would be ending in 3o min They asked me to switch my room at 830 at night. I'm handicapped. I wasn't going to pack in the middle of the night and move rooms if the party they were have was ening soon. But the pool party went on later then the front desk said like over a hour later When I went to call the front desk. The phone was disconnected. There was phone cord to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone. The handicap front parking was inaccessible to a point not impressed. Very disappointed that I came to the hotel specifically booked it too. To be able to use their heated pool and was not able to because of a pool party. That was booked. It would have been nice if they had told us or emailed us that there was a pool party going on at the time dates that we had booked would have stayed elsewhere. The pool was not gonna be accessible during my stay. In the noise should not been that loud. They should have been made to get done with the pool. It was ridiculous. No consideration for guests staying at the hotel. They should at least have the pool party at one end of the pool and have the other part of the pool accessible for other guests staying at the hotel that we're paying for their rooms also very inconvenient and inconsiderate for other guests at the hotel. And hotel handicap accessible room that we had. A grab bar should been on the wall placed outside the tub to access to get out of the tub to step out for safety was great to see the bars in the tub. We had a handicap accessible room .they need put in a sturdier shower chair ours was very Wobbly did not feel safe using it so I did not.Guest review bySantaw - 8.0

This place has a serious bug problem, the bugs be crawling all over the walls and ceiling. No breakfast was served just coffee which was false advertisement. It smells like Marijuana in the hallway and elevator. FYI, don't stay here, it's not worth your money!Guest review byRaheem - 8.0
I love staying at Sleep Inn.
I love staying at Sleep Inn. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The walls are not thin so you hear nothing on the outside of the room. The window opens all the way up instead 2 inches so you can actually feel the air come in. I love the sliding door on the bathroom it’s a cool feature. Decent breakfast for not having the hot breakfast due to remodeling going on. I would definitely recommend to anyone that asks for a good place to stay.Guest review byJohnUnited States - 8.0
