- From £150.19 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 843 reviewsWe stayed in the motel rather than one of the lodges and it was a spotlessly clean and spacious room. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Bathroom was also spotless with lashings of hot water and good quality toiletries. The grounds of the property sweep down to the beach and all rooms have a terrace with sea view. Stunning 😍Guest review byDingle1963United Kingdom

I grew up in NH and went to Boothbay every season until I graduated from high school. We had relatives that lived in Boothbay. I have not been there for 30 years and my how it has changed. No longer the lovely town I remember. It has turned into a tourist trap. I was very disappointed.Guest review bySusanUnited States - 10.0

My only complaint is most eateries are closed on Mondays, like most towns, hard to find a good seafood restaurant in the area. Hard to navigate the town, lots of roads were closed due to construction/repairs on the railroad? tracks.Guest review bykathleenUnited States - 8.0
Touristy as all get out, but I knew that going in.
Touristy as all get out, but I knew that going in. Gorgeous town, lovely little bay. Houses and locals seemed great and I would highly recommend Camden over Portland (I believe that's some debate in this part of Maine.)Guest review byAngusUnited States - 8.0
It was worth the money all the way around.
It was worth the money all the way around. There are a lot of abandoned homes/buildings that weren't being kept up. It would be nice if someone would at least cut the grass around them. Unkept lawns are a pet peeve of mine. Colonial Gables is a great place to stay. I loved our cabin.Guest review byNancyUnited States - 10.0

Rockland is a beautiful little town, The Rock Harbor Pub and Brewery is a good place to stop for some great food. My visit was mainly for The Maine Lighthouse Museum which i was not disappointed in, i spent over 3 hours in there, so if you are as interested in Lighthouses and their histories like i am then it is the Lighthouse version of Disneyland. I will return to Rockland as i unfortunately missed out on visiting The Matinicus Rock Light. It also has many restaurants.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

It's close to Boothbay Harbor, where there are lots of great places to eat, neat shops, art galleries, whale watches, and other fun things. We spent a day at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, which was well worth the time spent, and also made a day trip up to Acadia. Next visit, we'll check out the Aquarium (we just didn't have time, this trip). If you go, be sure to stop at Blanchard's Creamery and Cafe. Best ice cream for miles!!!Guest review byElizabeth - 8.0
Really nice area in Maine.
Really nice area in Maine. We visited many historical sites and the botanical gardens. All very close by. We enjoyed Boothbay Harbor were we shopped and took a sailing cruise. The restaurants are abundant and live entertainment at night. Grocery stores close by and convenient.Guest review byPen L.United States - 8.0
I like most the location.
I like most the location. I dislike most the high prices they moved to when they took over the location. Also was charged for switching sides that came with our main entrees because we are celiac at the restaurant was wrong of them.Guest review bySamantha - 10.0
Bath is a small quaint town.
Bath is a small quaint town. You can walk the main street in five minutes. It has all the necessities. The hotel was very nice, but priced too high for the location. A quiet place between destinations.Guest review byThomasUnited States
