Bathroom was updated, bright and spacious. Room size was generous, parking was easy and breakfast was quite good, really enjoyed the waffles and coffee. I also liked that I could control the room temperature so it was cool for sleeping. Overall it was a good hotel, a pleasant stay!

The complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. I wasn’t expecting so many hot dishes with 2 different kinds of omelets and sausages, but plenty for vegans too!! The room was very comfortable and had everything we need. The view off the balcony of the Umpqua River was beautiful!

The hotel is at excellent location. The room was cosy, clean. But the overall feel is little old, which is not a problem for us. B'fast is good enough. Hot coffee is available 24 hours.

    The beds were comfortable.

The beds were comfortable. The free hot breakfast was a big surprise. They served eggs, sausage, waffles my wife raved over the biscuits. They had almost anything you would of expected for a breakfast.

The shower was filled with mold in the sealed areas.

The shower was filled with mold in the sealed areas. It didn't look like the shower had been cleaned in months. The toilet had dried pee on the seat. Had not been cleaned. Hair on the back of the seat. No tissue The bed was hard. The comforter had holes and a burn mark? It was dirty. The blanket had hair all over it. The sheets felt like there was sand in them. I kept getting whiffs of pee smell from the mattress every time I turned over in bed. Super disgusting. Did a human or dog pee on the bed is all I could think of. When I asked for extra pillows the staff was reluctant and just left me standing in the 75 degree waiting area. The waiting area was very shabby. The leather chairs had holes all over them. Speaking of staff... Not a very happy bunch. No smiles. No pleasantries exchanged while waiting 10 minutes for pillows from the 3rd floor. Then to wait to have pillow cases found and placed on them. It looked like there should have been a breakfast but there was not.

There are good neighborhoods and risky neighborhoods. I prefer Lake Merritt area and areas closer to Piedmont which has a nice town street with restaurants and shops. Emeryville also has area with good restaurants

Liked: The house was on the other side of the river in a very quiet area. The rooms were spacious and kitchen had all amenities. The restaurant (at OR138) is pretty good, but more on the pricy side, but offers a slow guest wifi. The location is close to some beautiful waterfalls and also crater lake is only a 90 min drive. Disliked: There is no cell reception in that area, no TV, no WiFi (we did know this before, but I forgot to download a hiking map, ...). The view from the house is called river view, but we did not really saw it, to much green in between. On busy weekends, do not forget to reserve a table in the restaurant.

I came to visit family and visit the Wildlife Safari. Ate Abby’s pizza for the first time, it was delicious! There’s a Wal-Mart, Starbucks and other luxuries close by in Roseburg. Cute little town to be explored.

I just made a quick stop at the quick stop Motel . I don't know the foggiest thing about round Prairie . I packed it was hard to find with the GPS on my phone. I was taken to the middle of the freeway going the opposite direction about 5 or 10 miles south at the motel . I had to pull over and research it on my phone map system .

We really enjoyed our stay, took a nice walk on Umpqua Trail System, this was just a stop over on our way to Seattle. Wonderful dinner at Hacienda Vieja. We also enjoyed our patio with a view of the River.

Nice little town. Really like the gift store with the large mushroom and other sculptures outside, near the motel. Liked the patk - venue for performances. Looked like iSutherlin was livable. And its close to Roseburg and a hospital. Beautiful setting, friendly people.

The two things that were annoying to me were 1) only one washer/dryer for guest use and the washer was out of service 2 ). The dog/s were prohibited from urinating outside in the parking area. Very inconsiderate as the dog/s had to be walked approximately 50.feet to a grassy area . Ask me , who wants to accomplish this in inclimate weather??????

We had a nice room , just inside the back (locking)door and a nice little patio , just outside our back door , overlooking the river. Patio had a private table and chairs at our room and several lounge chairs and tables closer to river . If it had not been 104 degrees , during our stay , we would have loved to spend more time out there . Deer wandered all around the area , foraging .
