I love ocean shores.
I love ocean shores. good restaurants (where I stayed the restaurant was closed) very walkable area to the shops further down. I enjoyed the thrift shop close by, of course shopping for my taffy & great grandkids t-shirts at Sharky's.Guest review byMaryUnited States - 10.0

Our stay was wonderful, the downside was the missing teen on Friday 5/23/25 (we happened to be right there), but also showed the speed of the emergency crews who happened to save the two men trying to extract the boy who went missing.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 8.0
Great place to jump off for salmon and bottom fishing.
Great place to jump off for salmon and bottom fishing. We filled the boat with rockfish and I caught my limit of salmon. Others didn't catch all their salmon, but everyone was happy with the trip. I used Mutineer fishing.Guest review byCommander ChipUnited States - 8.0

We didn't really explore too much of Aberdeen as we were just there for one night. We only picked it as it was a convenient stopping point on the way, not because of Kurt Cobain (although you could make a tour of his childhood home, etc., if you really want). Aberdeen is a funky mix of working class (logging trucks driving through downtown) and some gentrification.Guest review byLoisCanada - 6.0

We were visiting friends in Oysterville so don’t have an opinion of Ilwaco as a destination. The Inn where we stayed is lovely, run by a young couple. There is a very nice coffee shop/ restaurant right around the corner from the Inn that is very nice: rustic, local favorite, also run by a young couple. Very nice breakfast and lunch place, comfortable with very good food and coffee.Guest review byBettyUnited States - 10.0
This is a great little cozy motel right on the beach.
This is a great little cozy motel right on the beach. The upper floor had terrific views. If you’re looking for a home base for beach walks or a just a comfortable place to watch the waves from the room, this is the spot. The couch/hide-a-bed was squeaky when sat on, but the junior suite was otherwise decently apportioned. Firm bed was nice on the back. Recommend to contact directly for any requests to change booking times/details. The people I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Bang for buck: 4 out of 5 We’re already trying to figure out when we can make it back. We gave it a chance, and we weren’t disappointed. You won’t be either, or you can let it stay the secret it is. (I should write Ad copy for a living!)Guest review byTreichelUnited States - 10.0
Copalis Beach was beautiful!
Copalis Beach was beautiful! It was nice and clean and there were very few people on it. We pretty much had it to ourselves. The waves were great and my grand daughters loved playing in them. The water was a little chilly but not bad and the girls didn't seem to mind at all. If mother nature would have cooperated and let the sun come out, it would have been perfect!Guest review byPatriciaUnited States - 8.0
Did not stay long. Arrived in the evening.
Did not stay long. Arrived in the evening. Didn't have great restaurants but did eat at a charming Mexican place. Traffic wasn't bad. We went to the National Refuge and the State Park. The weather was rough - but we loved the places we went. Small town. Not a lot happening. Quiet and uneventful which is exactly what we hoped for.Guest review bybjcUnited States - 10.0
The coffee shop was very nice and the hotel and restaurant.
The coffee shop was very nice and the hotel and restaurant. The carriage museum looked interesting, we did not do it. We were biking the Willapa Hills trail, which we started here. It was an enjoyable bike ride.Guest review byDSAUnited States - 10.0
Seaview and Long Beach are low-key casual and working class.
Seaview and Long Beach are low-key casual and working class. The people in the community are all very nice and seem to know each other. It's got nice places to shop and eat, but it's neither expensive nor excessively gentrified. It's not Carmel, it's more like Monterey in the old days decades ago when it was less expensive and more accessible. We went in December, so it's probably livelier in summer.Guest review byIngridUnited States
