EVERYTHING!!!! Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed. The facilities were good, the room was very nice, the swimming pool great, and the breakfast excellent. But the best part was the staff, truly kind all of them, from the receptionists to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. It was my birthday and the receptionist surprised me with a cake!!! I’ll be forever grateful and of course if we go back to Hue we’ll stay in this hotel again and again. We truly recommend it ❤️

Our stay at White Lotus Hue Hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spotless and comfortable, and each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The pool was a great place to relax. Knowing it was our honeymoon, the hotel surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and even gave us a cake to celebrate. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the night walking street and close enough to the Citadel. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Hue. Five stars! 🇵🇹

Perfect location, in the center, but in an alley so very quiet at night. We got breakfast on the house when we arrived at 09:00 (nightbus from Hanoi). We also got early checkin. Laura and her family was very nice. They helped us to carry our luggage to the room and the taxi. She arranged private taxi from Hue to Da nang (1350 000 VND). Got bottles of water when we came and when we left. Our youngest son liked the pool. Nice view from the bed.

The Customer Service Experience was exceptional, with special mention to Ms. Thien (aka Ms. Sky). She was so welcoming, immediately rushing out to open the door the moment my wife and I was in sight. At the reception we were served a welcome drink during registration. We were totally bowled over by her reception. Ms. Thien again displayed her impeccable customer service when due to a miscommunication, an additional breakfast charge was billed to our hotel bill which I didn't notice until we were well on our journey to Danang. As we had trouble contacting the hotel with our mobile, we engaged the assistance of the reception at the hotel that we stayed in Danang to assist us. Coincidentally, Ms. Thien answered the call and according to my wife, she kept apologising for the error and the matter was subsequently resolved very quickly. The refund was made to us through the hotel in Danang on the very same night. We were really impressed by the speed the matter was resolved together with the refund. Thumbs up to Ms. Thien and The Scarlett Boutique Hotel for exceptional customer service. The hotel is well located within walking distance of Perfume River, Hue Imperial Palace and the entertainment and food & beverage hub without the criwds and noise. The room we stayed in, The Rhett Room, was spacious enough for 2 persons, the decor was very beautiful and pleasing, the bed very comfortable, the room very clean and the bathroom very well stocked with essentials beautifully packed and even has a vanity mirror. Water pressure is strong and for those who loves hot showers, you will not be disappointed. There was a complimentary fruits platter for our 2 nights stay at the hotel which we really appreciate. We later found out that this was the only hotel that provided a complimentary fruits platter out of the 3 hotels that we stayed in during our visit to Vietnam. We had breakfast at the hotel on the morning of our departure and the food was really delicious.

    Moonlight Hotel offers really spacious and comfortable rooms that will allow you to feel even a bit of luxury for a very affordable price. Staff is very helpful in arranging transportation further down the road in Vietnam. During my stay there was a marathon in Hue, so it was harder to get checked in earlier, however there are no problems to leave your luggage and passport at the reception, as well as get a shower. Swimming pool is nice, with view of the city. Gym, although spacious, lacks a bit in equipment, but if you know what you are doing, you can still get a nice pump!

    Very green and peaceful location, staff is very friendly. The rooms are not connected, so quiet. Good breakfast with a lot of choices that change every day so we can try different local dishes. The restaurant Junrei is outstanding. We loved the heated swimming pool - especially at a rainy and “cool” day. Great operations manager Ms. Hoai An who took good care of us - and even speaks fluent Thai!!

    Hue is not a city to be rushed. It is a destination for souls seeking a slower pace of life, a space steeped in nostalgia and tranquility. To set foot in Hue is to step into a world layered with history and mossy charm. From the majestic Citadel and the solemn royal tombs hidden amidst nature, to the ancient Thien Mu Pagoda reflecting on the poetic Perfume River, everything exudes a deep, contemplative beauty.     Secluded and peaceful beach location, with well-groomed surroundings and a comfortable hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was great! I had dinner at the Rice Bowl a few times, and the Japanese food and service were excellent! However, compared to similar restaurants in Hanoi, it was a bit pricy. The beach was excellent, clean and quiet. The proximity to the golf course was fantastic too, although I did not play, as I was there to watch a tournament. Great place for some R&R with family!

    Lien was absolutely lovely and her homestay was amazing, cannot recommended enough. She made us feel very at home and welcomed us with fruit, tea and soup. Lien is very knowledgeable about the area and what our options to see any of the sights would be individually or as a package. She was also kind enough to book the bus for us and take us to the bus stop in the morning. If you’re in Hue this is the place to stay; good location, very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, great host and great facilities.

    The hop on hop off bus is a good way to get out of town to visit some of the tombs and a pagoda. Some of this can also be visited by boat. The main attraction is the Imperial City. The river is nice. Plenty of activity on the opposite side of the river from the Imperial City. The National Library of the Nguyen Dynasty was nice, stumbled on during a very long and random walk around the city.

    History. Very good food and variety of great places to eat. There were multiple local eateries with English menues and helpful staff, real and cheaper food. Good place to experience Vietnamese meals. A few high class restaurants nearby as well. Lovely walk along river at night with the lights. Hue is generally a very pleasant place with lots of history to see.

    Nice beaches and lagoons, especially Lap An Lagoon. You can go for a boat ride around the lagoon, visit oyster farms and Lang Co fishing village. Or take a mototaxi to nearby Lang Co beach, village market and to the Hai Van Pass. Stopover at Ga Lang Co , the little train station, and wait for the train to arrive. From there you can also have a nice view of the fishing village and Lang Co Bay. Enjoy the seafood at the seafood restaurants, eg. An Lagoon where you can dine by the lagoon and watch the sunset. Some homestay like BH Villa offers assistance in booking mototaxi, boat rides and taxi.
