United KingdomWe had our rooms upgraded at no extra cost. Superb location, service & food great. Lovely pool and tennis courts. I really wish we had booked a couple of nights rather than the single night break in journey from Kafue NP down to Livingstone.
There is a gift shop, but we had to ask if there was one as it is not obvious. Has some nice t-shirts.
The lodge was built in the 1960s and is very solidly built. I am a fan of this age of lodges.
