Everything! The customer service was amazing and they made sure to keep us up to date with any changes. Our original booking was not available but they managed to sort us out either way. The rooms were immaculate, with all iminities, and I loved all the detail. Amazing for the price and definitely a 5* hotel. We had a big group including an infant and they had travel cot available and they went above and beyond to help.
