What a hidden gem! I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful little hotel, run by truly lovely people. The hospitality was warm, courteous, and sincere, and I felt right at home during my stay. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great mattress on the bed. Check in/out was easy, and the hosts were responsive and communicative. They also were very helpful in supporting me during my stay, and helped with my travel planning by giving their time and attention to answer my questions, and offer suggestions and advice. They even helped arrange a bicycle rental at a fair rate. This was wonderful! I highly recommend to all, and wish I could have stayed longer!

Such a lovely family and the hotel was just right for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. The food - dinner and breakfast were freshly prepared and eaten with a stunning view over the lake. Would definitely recommend.

Sam is a perfect host, who really cares. He made us feel welcome, helped with renting bicycles and even did a very nice bicycle tour with us. The location is perfect if you want to see the sacred city (15 minutes walk away) and feel like being in nature. It is also a very good starting point to do a bicycle tour to Mihintale (which was a great experience!) From the nice rooftop terrace you can see the sunset over the stupas. Thank you Sam for the wonderful time at your place ❤️

The host sanjaya is very helpfull person.there was a very bad pain in my foot end of the day.there is a good ayurvedic centre near the resort and he arranged ayurvedic treatment for me for a reasonable price..pool was clean .kids friend environment.

The best hotel I stayed on my vacation in Sri Lanka. Highly appreciate the friendly staff service, hot food, beautiful swimming pool, and sspecialty clean room with air conditioning and television. Beautiful hotel in a great location for anyone who wants to experience what Anuradhapura has to offer. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was included with our stay and we opted for the Sri Lankan style breakfast. It was so delicious and we ordered the same for the second day as well. Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to spend time in Anuradhapura.
