Namal was very kind to us and Umberto (the GM) such a pleasant acquaintance! We felt home. They were so nice to even add a bed for a friend who joined us last minute!

The pool was absolutely amazing especially as it's not a great place to swim in the sea on this particular part of the beach due to corals shallow water. If you want to have a good swim you need to walk further up the beach. but the pool was so great I didn't care! The setting is fabulous. I loved the crows in the palm trees and the nature. The room was huge and extremely comfortable. The pillows fabulous and the mattress and everything really comfortable. I loved that they had the option of a ceiling fan. I did look at the other hotels on a walk and I'm glad I picked this one ! The laundry service was fantastic and managed to get a stain out of a really badly stained shirt. Miracle workers! The staff are very kind and helpful and will go out of their way to make things nice.

The spa treatments were top-notch; we enjoyed some of the best massages we’ve ever had. The food was delicious every day, with a great variety. One of the highlights of our stay was playing beach volleyball with other guests—it really added a fun, social touch. A special thanks to Ruchi, who truly made this trip magical. He treated our daughter like a princess, played with her, and made us feel like the hotel was our own home. He’s a rare gem who brought warmth and joy to our entire experience. We also enjoyed the restaurant (priced really reasonably). Breakfast was typical resort type with mix or western and asian with egg station, coffee/tea, fruits, jogurts. Staff was super accommodating, friendly and very attentive. We had a really nice time :)
