Loved the clean and spacious room, room 6 had an excellent view over towards the ocean and you could hear the waves at night with the window open. Breakfast was great, in a little room at the back of the hotel. Pool was warm, jacuzzi was warmer :) Walk along the boardwalk was stunning , and there was a restaurant 2 doors down where the food was EXCELLENT. Oh, and the bed was SO comfy and large. Super king. Loads of space in our room, too,and recently done up The bathroom was fab. first decent shower we've had coming up the coast from LA, walk in shower, not over bath which for us was way better. Whole setup was fantastic for the price.

The door to the bathroom didn't quite fit, so every time we opened it, it made an almighty clunk! Fine in the day, disruptive at night.

Good view from our room and nice balcony. Very comfy bed. Walking distance to the pier, harbour and beach Free parking Good breakfast with choice of hot food including scrambled eggs, turkey, chicken... as well as the usual cereals and pastries. Everything was clean ans bright. Nice looking pool, and vending machine for any snacks needed. Late check out (12:00) was really appreciated. And use of parking until mid afternoon before the next set of guests arrived. They also let me use the phone to call a tour company since I was abroad and didn't have minutes included in my sim package. Really helpful staff all round.

Bathroom slightly dated but perfectly functional. Be aware it was a shower over bath in our king room with harbour side view.

The Host was lovely and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The shared kitchen was great and plenty of choice for breakfast. The rooms were big enough with the main room, having a lovely view of the sea and mountains. Despite the things we weren't so keen on, we would recommend this as a great place to stay for the Host, location and comfort.

The configuration of the two bedroomed suite upstairs is a bit weird in that the living area is on an open landing and the shared bathroom is off the landing meaning that you have to be pretty friendly with those you are sharing with because there is no privacy on the way to the bathroom and you need to put your code into the bedroom door every time you've been to the bathroom which is not great during the night when you sharing with a friend in the other room or if you let the bedroom door close behind you!! The access "path" isn't a "path" rather a bit of track over an area of grass and through some trees so hard to find until you're familiar with it and a bit messy when wet.

⭐️Clean, bright, comfortable, modern apartments. There is all the necessary equipment, air conditioning, new tasteful furniture, very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of space, two floors, three bedrooms, three toilets, two showers, plenty of towels! The owner is always available! We were very comfortable! And we are ready to come back!⭐️

I love the fact that it is sheltered and so very close to Broadway (10 min walk) and other surrounding recreational facilities such as Parks and a Farmer's Market, great local bar and grilles, show venues etc. Amazing location.

The gym could do with a couple of 40 lb plates or heavier dumbells, but other than that everything else was fine.

Everything else was poor. The room was 2 by 2 metres, with a bed and no wardrobe, just a few hangers on the door. The bathrooms had mould and were quite old, but they weren't dirty.

The staff is terrible, they do not answer the phone. We arrived 10 minutes early but they did not let us in. After we waited for the next call they did not answer for half an hour. They did not have hot water for three days, their boiler broke. They tried to fix it for three days and then they changed it. I called them to get compensation and provided a photo but they still did nothing. Terrible staff, it is better not to deal with them.
