"I would like to express my disappointment regarding our stay in the studio we booked at the hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues, as the room telephone was out of order, and there was a water leak in the lounge, resulting in a wet carpet. During our three-day stay, there were no tissues in the bathroom, and the cleanliness of the studio, especially in the bathroom, was not up to the expected standard. Despite the presence of a room manager in the studio, and I am sure she noticed these issues, she did not offer any suggestions to change the studio. I consider this a sign of a lack of care and respect for the customer. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration to improve your services in the future."

This hotel is perfectly located, close to the Central Park, Broadway, Times Square and subway stations. We were a bit concerned with noise prior to our arrival, but the kindly staff gave us a room facing back and it was really quiet (for New York). We were pleasantly surprised by this. Friendly staff members like miss Karina, Miss Nancy and the Paris borne gentlemen that makes perfect espresso coffee made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in midtown either alone or with family.

The hotel is EXCELLENT for kids. The party-elevator is fantastic! Kids being able to build things all over the place, and staff exchanging minifigs is super fun for them. Also, walking a couple hundred metres to the park entrance is a big plus!

Food, and general restaurant experience was not favourable. Food was bad (especially at dinner time), and the smell around the regular (non-castle) restaurant was not very welcoming.

The loft/bunk bed. We were 2 single adults wanting twin beds. I ended up having to climb up a steep ladder. Not easy when you’re in your 60s. Plus no power point in loft to charge ph. No air con in room. Only a fan which was good but unless you were 6ft tall, you couldn’t reach the button on the light to keep fan on when light was switched off. Management did provide us with an extra fan on request 😊

The pool had smelly water! The desk manager took $75 for „incidentals that I tried to get back during 5 phone calls. It is now a month later and I still do not have that money back!

A Cubbard near the patio was broken and dead large bugs were in it. It was not nice to see. Also we always use the safe before going to the pool. It was locked. I called they gave another number. They said they would return a call, never did.
