The new owners! Heather and Clint were welcoming! They were extremely helpful with questions we had about the area. Since we stupidly didn’t rent a car, they made sure that we got to town and provided teams to the cruise terminal. Thank you guys!! We can’t wait to come back The cabins (Wolf Den) was so cute, the beds are kings size and extremely comfortable! The fire pit is a welcome addition! Clint made sure we had ample amount of wood. The scenery is breathtaking!

The hotel is nice, great looking lobby, good location, nice view, few meters away from the Boardwalk, you can take the boat to Epcot or Magic Kingdom.
The toilet is extremely small, the bathroom is very small with a very small bathtub, suitable for small children, definitely not for adults.

Where to begin. Manager stormed into our room at 7.50am and kicked us out due to a misunderstanding with her staff (we had been relocated to a different room as AC didn’t work and the manager was ill-informed, thinking we were in there illegitimately and wouldn’t listen when we explained).AC doesn’t work unless you consider 89 degrees after 24 hours to be functional. Didn’t work in either room. I’ve contacted the business twice and booking.com customer support to arrange a refund but have heard nothing. Overall, my partner and I were verbally abused, given two rooms that were close to 90 degrees with broken AC on and we were kicked out early and refused a refund / apology of any sort. Insanely poor service

Great pool area and overall surroundings are amazing. Almost private beach very quiet while all beaches of Pipa are usually crowded and slightly constructed. Service is top notch. Little reco, they are progressively renovating the rooms so some are amazing while others are nice. Worth the little upgrade to get one of the renovated !”

“The property is modern, well laid out and freshly appointed. It is clean with modern fittings that help soothe weary bones after a long day on the Camino. The host Jose went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to settle in. We were very comfortable, beds were sublime. Being 4 minutes to the main square with pubs and restaurants made it easy to refuel after the long day. Top marks all around. Highly recommended and would stay here again!”

“Every thing is great. There r many equipments needed. Washing machine, fridge, oven, hair dryer, etc. also Clean room. Big bed. Spacious modern bathroom. Strong hot water pressure. The host always replies quick and friendly. He also gave us another separated blanket when we asked. His parents also left a gift for us but we left too early and didnt notice it. Highly recommended!”

“We loved this villa. The staff were so accommodating when we asked to leave later. The villas surroundings are stunning and it’s so peaceful. We had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer. There is a lot of choice of food delivery’s which is really handy after a long day out. We will be returning when we come back to Ubud.”

“I like the feeling of being “at home”, the apartment is really beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The view is great, giving the fact there is not much to see. The cocoon on the balcony is the great photo-shooting spot. Everything was clean, well equipped, nearby Lidl is a bonus. Giving the fact that the railway station is literally 10 min of a slow walk - that’s the best place to stay in this city.”

“Fantastic welcome when we arrived and such a stunning lobby. So easy to park car and settle in for a couple of days. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Heaps of ammenities including sun deck, cocktail bar and swimming pool. Free coffee is served every morning. The location was great and added bonus of bottled water.”
