The room smelled strongly of mold, the bathroom had bugs in it, there was debris on the bed (I was told maintenance did work on the ceiling but they didn't clean the mess or even cover the bed with plastic), the furniture was beat up. Overall it was very uncomfortable and felt unclean/unsafe.

I was told I would get a full refund for an accidental booking by reception at Delta. When I checked my credit card I was charged the full amount. I contacted Delta and they refused to help me.
