  Free breakfast! Staff made it easy to move when the first room was not to my specifications. Nothing exciting went right but everything was smooth and it was just fine.

  I did not receive an emailed receipt for express checkout! Also, when I checked in, the front desk clerk did not tell me that the room would not get housekeeping services every day. Would have been nice to know. Also, asked at the time of checkin for a room away from the elevator as far as possible. Room I was given shared a wall with the elevator shaft.

  It’s wasn’t really a breakfast or even a continental breakfast……packaged sweet pastries…..not good for most people. The coffee was okay.

  My handicapped Mom could barely use the toilet because it was too short and the staff said they had nothing else. The mattress on one of the beds was pretty bad- felt and sounded like an air mattress. We needed a downstairs room (as My Mom could not climb stairs) they gave us an older room in the back of the hotel and said we would have to pay more for a recently updated room. I did not find the desk staff particularly helpful - perhaps she was having a bad day - we all do.

  The concierge staff isn’t very helpful. It seems that their primary purpose is to get you to the vacation club presentation. Hilton needs to get a concierge who is there to help guests with activities and directions to enhance their stay in the Orlando area.
