      Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are lots of things to do near the hotel and if you want to venture out there are lots of forms of transportation nearby. Our favorite was the trolley. The hotel has a nice game room and seating area to hang out in. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

      The front office staff were terrific, as well as the pool staff. The manager was very accomodating when I requested a room change to one without carpeting. The bartenders were very good as well.

      The waitstaff for the food service was very slow to come to the table and take an order. I waited 10 minutes and finally asked the hostess to find my waitress, who was busy with other guests. The restaurant was not even half full so there wasn't any obvious reason for the delay. The carpeting in the first room was dirty and not well suited for dogs.

    Lovely 2 bedroom house plus a dent with private pool

      The location was close to family and close to the heart of North Port. AC worked great. Pool heater maintained a constant temperature. Animal friendly neighborhood.

      Didn’t eat breakfast. Coffee was acceptable except the packets in the room.

      The in room coffee was less than average. The screen outside my room was bent as though someone had tried to break into the room. Room was clean but felt dated; not like the picture posted to sell the hotel.

      Front desk had acrylic glass. Lobby smelled alright, but common areas and elevators smelled like weed, dog, or wetness. Beds were just sheets on straight mattresses, and the bedframe was on stilts on a hard-surface floor.

      It was close to the airport and a few restaurants.

      The shuttle doesn't run after 3:30pm, the loud noises from other guest was awful, the sheets made us itch and wouldn't stay on the bed. Also the locks were poor, we didn't feel safe at all and if we could have found another hotel at 11p we would have left. Only had half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Worse place I have ever stayed!! Nothing like the pictures online.
