  Lovely location. It is up a small hill so we could see out quite far. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchen but it seemed well supplied. My husband took advantage of the jacuzzi and loved it. I loved the large feather decoration in the living room.

  Nothing. The only thing I would suggest is safety bars in the showers and toilets.

  Location was awesome. Room was inviting and cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local activities.

  Although restaurants were a short walk away, I think breakfast should have been included for the price we paid. Apparently, that was the case in the past. We also had a shower faucet crack and break as well as elevator out of service. Each issue was addressed promptly and thoroughly.

  The room was clean. It had a freezer in the refrigerator which we really needed.

  There was a customer at the front desk ahead of us in line when we arrived. There was only one clerk(employee). She could not find any reservation for the gentleman. They worked and worked to try to find it for more than 10 minutes while we stood and waited. We had a confirmed reservation with a printout and she could easily have asked the gentleman to wait a moment while she chcked us in. Instead she kept us standing and waiting. I think it was a bad situation that could have been handled better!

  It was away from the main highway so sleep was not disturbed by truckers

  Air conditioner/heater was very loud and would turn off for about 10 seconds then start up again. Made it difficult to stay asleep. While there was ample hot water when I showered in the morning it was not possible to get very hot water at the bathroom sink even after having a hot shower.

  The Shuttle bus was awful, We called and they said they were on the way 45 minutes later they arrives and drove around the airport 45 more minutes. We were told when we called the front desk that they come on demand The restaurant was meh, shoved in a corner down a long maze of hallways. Service times of 45 minute wait if we ordered food.
