  I like the fact that you don't have to leave the hotel for anything it has everything for your comfort, ex there's restaurants inside there's a game shop, there's stores, pool. it's not your regular hotel it's very nice and it is clean.

  Everything was great with this unit. Very spacious & comfortable. Very cute decor. Relaxed on the balcony & enjoyed the view every afternoon. Highly recommend!

  Only issue we had was not realizing that the pool gates were locked & we had not been given the code. No one around to get it from & the host was not able to return our call in time before we had something else planned. That is absolutely the only suggestion is to get this info from your host ahead of time.

  The 2nd hotel room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

  I didn't love the location; it seemed unsafe. I had to switch rooms, as my first room was the very first room of the hotel, next to the elevator. The bed looked like someone had been sitting in it. The remote was missing. The phone didn't work. However, the staff relocated me to a different room, and it was much better. I also signed up for hotel option with breakfast included through Booking, and was charged a large fee for breakfast again anyways.

  The helpfulness of the manager on duty. The quality of the breakfast.

  The state of the facility, which is somewhat rundown, broken tiles in the bathroom, tile missing on the outside of the building, landscaping in poor condition, Alarm clock set by either previous occupant or cleaning staff to go off at 12:18 am, which interupted sleep and caused me to cut my arm resulting in bleeding on the bed sheets. Area surounding the hotel was rundown and no nearby shopping options.

  They had construction at their sister property across the street at the Tally Ho starting before 8am and didn’t make any note about it on the reservation. That was supremely unprofessional and annoying as we liked the property but wouldn’t have stayed there and paid for an ocean front room had we known.
