  Location was fantastic. Beautiful views, with big windows to enjoy it. The area is very quiet, and no light pollution at night, so amazing night sky views. It is far enough outside of the main area of Sedona to avoid most of the traffic, but close enough to visit in a few minutes. Close to a couple of great trailheads that had significantly less crowds than the ones off Hwy 89. The apartment was the perfect size for two with full kitchen (no Keurig so don't bring pods, old style coffee maker with ground coffee provided) decorated on the inside with beautiful art painted by the owner.

  My only quibble is that the WiFi was a little spotty, and we seemed to be in a bit of a dead zone for our cell phones (two different carriers). But that's not what you are going for anyway...

  A toaster that worked. A hair dryer that worked and a toilet off master bedroom that was not plugged up ready to run over when we first arrived and went into the bathroom.

  Accommodated early check in and staff extremely helpful and polite. The grounds are beautiful.

  I would expect more accommodations, including breakfast and coffee included in price considering the high daily rates. Onsite spa is a little misleading too. There is no spa, but a room to provide services by on-call providers//non employees and prices are very high. Loud music by the pool is not relaxing and prevented husband and I from spending time there.

  The carpet looks old and dirty. The bed spread needs updating. The bed was comfortable enough. The front desk and maintenance employees are not very welcoming They were actually kind of surly. We were struggling with the door and the cart and they just sat there and watched. When I handed them the key card she didn't even say thank you..never looked up from her phone.

  It was dirty…garbage on the bathroom floor, pepperoni on the chair, dirty cups in room. The toilet made a loud long noise when flushed and the pressure wasn’t enough to flush. There was no one at the desk when we waited to check out.
