It’s an older property and less fresh. No aircon so we had to open the door to the mini balcony to get some air flow before we went to sleep and they did provide a fan but it did get a bit hot with 4 of us sharing a family room.

A really pretty hotel in a very pretty location. It was comfortable and spacious. Has a mini fridge with some extra chargeable drinks (one provided for free). Nice little pool. We didn’t use the spa as I think it’s an extra charge. It’s a 5 mins drive into the town centre.

Cannot find anything wrong that needs improvement

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, we needed a late check in which was accommodated without problem. The hotel is old but very well maintained & cared for. Highly recommend

At the time of checking in, we took a recommendation for a menu-dinner at the hotel restaurant, but that was a horrible experience. I had a glass of wine, which a waitress brought in a glass with a large crack in the stem base. Then when she changed the glass at my request, the new glass had a chipped rim. Food was tasteless. Perhaps, it would have been better to take a la carte, but we were not informed of that option at the check in, and our waiter pushed the dinner through rather mechanically.

The room was nice and spacious, and the hotel had some old charm. The hotel staff was friendly.

The restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere but maybe it's a quiet period now. The sign on the mini bar is misleading.

The pool, the location, the shower, the bed and the view. A special mention to Diego, Jessica and Gérard who were outstanding members of your staff.

There was no conditioner in the shower and the pool could have done with a bit of TLC like a bit of a clean around the edge and new loungers.

We liked being up in the mountains was very different experience and the nearest town was also a 15-20 minute walk. Easy enough to get the bus to Andorra. Good value for money and had all the facilities we needed.

Single beds were too small and not very comfortable. Bit disappointed that we had to pay extra to use the spa facilities.

-very thin walls could hear people in rooms next to us and in the hallways -Internet only worked about 50% of the time which was difficult with an international phone

-great location to get to ski resorts or Andorra La Vella -staff were helpful explaining amenities and providing suggestions based on snow quality on different parts of the mountain, providing information for ski tickets/rentals -breakfast was delicious with a big selection

There was no air conditioning which was challenging for me as I run hot and can’t sleep if I’m hot.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Loved the location and facilities.

Nothing regarding the hotel itself. There's not much around the hotel, so if you arrive late after the restaurant has closed and still want to have dinner you're out of luck.

Staff was very helpful. The facilities were in perfect conditions, everything worked and looked as advertised. It was comfortable to stay with pets, you're provided with a bed and plates for your dog in the room. Pets aren't allowed inside the restaurant, but there's a terrace outside with great views so you can still have dinner or breakfast without problems. The breakfast at the restaurant had a wide variety of food, with most of it tasting great.
