We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This apartment was a good price, in the centre of Pas de la casa, close to bars, restaurants and ski lifts 100m away. The check-in was smooth Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

IrelandWe recently stayed at this apartment and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! The location was perfect—close to restaurants, nightlife and the ski lifts are just outside. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful when we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of clean towels and sheets. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Israelthe apartment is alittle bit old, the water heater is per apartment and located inside, the hot water can be not enough if you take your time.
location location location, 2 minutes walk from the main ski lift, in the heart of pas de ka casa, close to all the shops, supermatrkets, bars and best ski rental shops. the keys were available during all day and the hosts were very nice. the kitchen is fully equipped. very good value for money

Property had everything you need, and even coffee and dish soap, oil for cooking was provided which is extremely thoughtful . The location is just near the ski lift and everything you need is in 5 mins proximity.
