Excellent location, just cross the road to pick up your ski pass and access the main chairlifts. There is also a ski hire shop right next door. The building has a ski equipment store room in the basement. The apartment was well equipped with a nice view of the mountains. Easy to collect keys from reception in adjacent building.

Would be good if they could provide a tea towel. We couldn't find any in the shops so had to improvise.

The property is across the road from the gondola which accesses the buddy and green slope and the chair lifts to the blue, red and black slopes. No trekking around with your ski equipment.

We didn’t seam to get the heaters working and the locker for the ski equipment wouldn’t lock for us.

Location was amazing. Very easy and friendly check in. Good communication.

Cleaning fee/ expectations of bringing it back to the standard it was when you arrived. Maybe incorporate a cleaning fee into the price so that you don’t have to worry about cleaning, especially with little cleaning equipment. Nonetheless, for the price we paid we were satisfied and would stay again.

The location was super. Right next to the slopes.

The couch for the 3rd child was not very comfortable. The car park was a bit of a distance from the apartment.

Really close to the Gondola. Literally cross the road and you're there. Has everything you need.

Room is small, definitely too small for 3 persons. Although you get bed sheets the blankets/pillows could do with getting changed.

Accommodation was in unacceptable condition- filthy, broken and not safe. It was not possible to have a good rest or sleep all night. Wi-Fi never worked We were told it’s the standard in Andorra by the host.

Filthy condition on the place, hair everywhere, not bed covers just sheets we had to tie a knot… One toilet roll given for one week, sponge and 2 sachets of detergent for self cleaning. Paper thin walls, dirty lift and corridors. People smoking everywhere. Stained bed and pillows- just disgusting!

Simple room, but good value for money.

I thought cleaning ws included. Wifi was really bad, did not work at all during evenings and mornings when many people used it. That must be fixed since the roaming in Andorra is super expensive.

Very dirty on arrival. The appartment had not been cleaned properly by the previous occupants (bowls / dishes in cupboard not cleaned properly, sticky floor / ashtray full of cigarettes buts on windowsill of terrasse etc) Decor very outdated

Quiet location, very close to the lifts, the host were always able to help and were fast to reply back with any issues.

The heating in our rooms didn’t seem to work so it could get quite cold at night.
