Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Pictures do not do the place justice and it was much nicer than we expected. Clean and comfortable for a last minute one night stay in the summer.

FranceBeds were too hard so us adults did not sleep well. Kids were fine though.
Very easy to book. Check in was super easy and the person that checked us in was friendly and accommodating. He speaks Spanish, English and French. He also arranged our ski equipment in advance which was great as we arrived later in afternoon and we're rushing to get everything prepared to ski following day. Close to pistas and well designed for skiers and families (we are a family of 5: kids aged 14, 12 and 10).

You booked one night there as we decided to stop for the night to break our trip. We were coming from luchon driving to Toulouse going through the mountains. The add specified that the front desk was closing at 8pm. We tried calling multiple times as we knew we wouldn’t arrive before the front desk closed and wanted to check if the keys could be left for us somewhere. You could get a hold of anyone and didn’t know what to do as we have to young kids and we’re scared to arrive there and no be able to enter the room for the night. We ended having to book somewhere else as we were scared to end up without any accommodation for the night. We emailed through booking.com to explain the situation and request the booking to be cancelled. Nobody got back to us, and we ended up having to pay full price even though the policy said we could cancel and get half the money back ! Extremely poor service !
