The cleanliness is not perfect, the room where we were was quite old and big, there was dust in most corners.

Very good hotel for the value, probably not the best in Andorra but I would come back if I had to. Breakfast is OK, not super. Dinner is good. The staff was VERY friendly, that´s probably the best of the hotel.

Unfortunately the room was not nice, it was adapted for people with disabilities. The staff tried to find another room but unfortunately there was none available. I would go again, but next time would make sure they have a nice room in advance. My recommendation is you avoid the cheapest options.

Great place to stay and explore Andorra. Views are beautiful, Cava for breakfast is a bonus. Outside pool with mountain views where you can enjoy sun or sit in the shade of trees.

Building is need of a little upgrade, shower room is old fashioned with bath and shower curtain No Aircon but it is a mountainous area and generally cool . We had a heatwave during our stay .

The room did not have air-conditioning or a window to leave open during the night- only a door to leave open which is not a safe way to sleep. There was no refrigerator or in room tea/coffee facilities. The bed and pillows were like rocks.

The buffet breakfast was great- lots of gluten free options. The location and view was amazing!

Late May - Amazing, isolated location perched on a mountainside overlooking the quiet town of Ordino below. Public transport (AndBus) takes you up the mountain to the hotel - 20 cents!!! The 3 course evening meal is very good value at 25€. Juan is an excellent restaurant manager - thank you Juan. Easy to get taxis (from hotel reception) and the L6 bus to Andorra La Vella.

We are from the south of Brazil, so we brought our typical drink, “chimarrão”, and we needed hot water. The only water they offered me was from the coffee machine, which I had to wait for the machine to heat up and then take it little by little, so I couldn’t drink my drink at the hotel.

Very nice hotel, value for money, in a beautiful location with panoramic view of the Ordino city and the surrounding mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant in general offers various and delicious options. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very few power points in the room to charge equipment especially as it was a family room. No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities in room . Hotel very outdated. Definitely three star but four star charges. Reception not very friendly.

Amazing view, fresh mountain air, really nice pool and grass area. Dog friendly. Take your 4 legged friend for a walk around the lakes of Tristaina. You go up with the cabine lift for the first part.

Fabulous views and a beautiful spacious room (Superior Suite). We enjoyed the pool after we arrived late in the afternoon. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The room was very quiet and comfortable.
