How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewLovely atmosphere with a very friendly and helpful team, especially in the restaurant and bar - we really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners we had there, offering a good choice and the food was very good and reasonably priced. As a family, we wanted somewhere slightly out of the town to use a base for hiking and visiting different areas and it was perfect. We managed to walk down to Ordino a few times via a path that joins the Coll walking route. Stunning views back over Ordino and La Massana from the bar balcony and the restaurant, an amazing place to eat and have a drink from. Our room was well presented and also had a good sized balcony where we could sit and see Pic de Casamanya and a few other close mountains, giving us a beautiful view to wake up to. Hotel has a very traditional lodge style which we really liked - some of the old features and fittings give it a bit of extra character too! Having the pool (a touch chilly but also with an incredible view), as well as the playground and other facilities was great for us too.
Nothing we didn't like, only some niceties that would have been a bonus e.g. water in room, ability to buy an ice cream/drink down by the pool, that type of thing. Overall though, we'd love to come back and we had a fantastic stay.

Verified reviewVery good hotel for the value, probably not the best in Andorra but I would come back if I had to. Breakfast is OK, not super. Dinner is good. The staff was VERY friendly, that´s probably the best of the hotel.
The cleanliness is not perfect, the room where we were was quite old and big, there was dust in most corners.

Unfortunately the room was not nice, it was adapted for people with disabilities. The staff tried to find another room but unfortunately there was none available. I would go again, but next time would make sure they have a nice room in advance. My recommendation is you avoid the cheapest options.

Building is need of a little upgrade, shower room is old fashioned with bath and shower curtain No Aircon but it is a mountainous area and generally cool . We had a heatwave during our stay .

The room did not have air-conditioning or a window to leave open during the night- only a door to leave open which is not a safe way to sleep. There was no refrigerator or in room tea/coffee facilities. The bed and pillows were like rocks.
