The room was small but comfortable.The bathroom was a good size, with a strong shower and a small bath. Staff were super-friendly and helpful (I was able to store a bag for 4 days before check-in while I went hiking.) The breakfast buffet was very varied, tasty, and never-ending :-)

The property was quite close to the main area and the communal areas were very modern and comfortable. I enjoyed a drink at the bar.

SpainThey don't have air conditioning (only in the common areas downstairs) and the rooms were extremely hot. Andorra is getting warmer during summers and we went during a heat wave so we weren't really lucky on that one. Breakfast not worthy in my opinion. It is a buffet but the quality is so low.

IrelandNo Aircons in the room. We arrived in June when it was +36 C. Sleeping was a challange. Wals are thin and we could hear our neighbours going at it at night. Parking can be a challange. Considering it is a 3 star hotel we did miss the fridge especially during hot stay.
Location is close to the Main city Center. Staff are knowlagable and ready to assist. Getting there was easy. Rooms are good size. Bathroom had all the items you would expect from the 3*** hotel. Overall very happy with the stay.

United StatesI wasn’t given the room that I book for. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. The shower handle is old and can’t hold it up well. The most uncomfortable part is the smell in the room I have to leave my window open but still it won’t go away. Then other guests are too loud with their kids running around at past 10pm. Dust where on hangers tables and chairs. The cleaning staff left their cleaning supplies in my room meaning the work was not finished.
It is close to Caldea and other attraction. The building might have been old but it looks well kept from outside.

SpainWhile our arrival was smooth, our expectations were unfortunately not met. The toilet seat was faulty and wobbly, making it feel like it would collapse upon sitting. I immediately reported this to reception, speaking with the same person who had offered a pleasant welcome. However, I was told maintenance wouldn't be available until the following day (Saturday), and no helpful solution was offered. The toilet was never fixed during our stay. The room was also unbearably hot. Despite being informed there was no air conditioning (which is unusual), we were told the ceiling fan would suffice. It did not; the room remained very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the WiFi was extremely poor. Adding to the discomfort, our attempts to relax after visiting the spa and exploring Andorra were constantly disrupted by loud groups of teenagers in the corridors, shouting and monopolising the lift. Overall, our stay was quite disappointing.
Smooth arrival with clear instructions. The rooms were clean, and the location was excellent, especially for the Caldea spa. A big thank you to the incredibly helpful staff, especially the girl who found us ice despite the heat and the bar's low stock, and the lady who arranged our taxi to the station.
