The breakfast is not worth the small sum of 5€, even that is over paying for what you get.

The location is excellent. The staff decent. The place clean. The beds are okay, not very comfortable but adequate for a couple of nights. The facilities in the room like the shower are pretty good.

No hob, unlike UK YHA setups, just a microwave.

Spotlessly clean. Common room areas great for eating, relaxing, chatting. Bathroom pristine, great shower. Location couldn't be better for lift access, hire bikes and bars. Walk a handful of minutes and lots of restaurants are in range. Parking arrangement was pretty handy. Whole thing very reasonably priced too!

The only downfall was limited kitchen/common area access hours - they are closed from 0:00 to 8:00.

Stayed for 3 nights for our trail race in Ordino. Glad to stay this hostel. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the town. Close to everything - stores, restaurants/bars, and bus stop. The staff was very kind and helpful - they unexpectedly let us check in early! The room was super clean and comfortable.

The shower needs thorough cleaning. There was a lot of mould and it smelled badly. I said it at the reception. It can't have been cleaned recently. The rubbish bin wasn't emptied regularly, after three days when they were told.

A great hostel. Clean sheets and a really comfortable bed for a hostel. Nice areas like common room and reading room. Very good location, just a minute from a bus stop. Very nice standard.

Great location for hitting the slopes. Close to the cable carts and close to bars, shops, cafes and rental hire places. The room set up is superb for snow activities, staff were so helpful.

This hostel is definitely one of the best I have visited. The staff is very helpful and can assist you with any questions you may have. Just opposite is the tourist office where you can get info for your time in Andorra. The hostel provided towels and I was allowed to stay for some time in the common area after check out. The location is also one of the best in Andorra as you can take the buses running just outside the hostel for nearby villages and is only 10-15 minutes from the centr.

The only downside I found is that there is only a microwave oven (no hob or normal oven) which they clearly communicate. You just have to plan your meals with that in mind (the nearby supermarkets are a little limited with their microwave meals but it's manageable) but it's a very minor thing. I think it actually works out well as people aren't making lots of elaborate meals in the kitchen and keeps things easy and quick.

It's the perfect hostel for a more affordable trip to Pal. You can leave your skis downstairs in the locker room and be back on the slopes the next day. The staff are well organised, clean, friendly, and really helpful whenever needed. They sell discounted parking tickets if needed (around 15 euros a day). The showers are amazing with plenty of hot water. I'll definitely be back!

Lack of radiators for drying ski gear, would have been nice to have a towel change for the floor mat at least once during a week’s stay.

The location is second to none, in fact you can’t ask for more, it is next to the main lift to the Pal section, next door is a ski shop to rent the gear and to the other side, also next door is a decent restaurant with good food and great prices. There is also a big supermarket next to it as well. It really does make a difference to have all the amenities next to you. We were a family of 6 and this was definitely the best choice to have all of us in the same room, in a decent place.

It would be handy to have a bit more food prep equipment as we ate at the hostel each night. A hob plate would be great.

Kitchen area is a little small so it was hard to use along with someone else.

Location is great, in the middle of the town and right next to the gondola. T he people friendly and helpful, everything clean and tidy. The atmosphere was good. I worked some days and could easily do it in the common areas. Wifi was good.

The hostel is great. Our room for 2 people was very clean and in good standard. It’s literally next to the La Massana Nord Pass ski lift building. There are plenty of ski rentals and restaurants in close proximity. Hotel has a discount for a big parking 5 minutes from it called Prat del Moli - we can recommend it. It’s 15 EUR per 24h, and you get a ticket with a QR code. Way more convenient than finding a spot in green/blue zone. I hope this will be useful for people as we didn’y get such information before in any comment. There are locker for skis. Breakfast was 5 euros - it’s basic bad totally enough, for this price it’s great. Coffee was very tasty. Staff is very kind and welcoming.
