Only reason for not giving max points for everything was they did not keep a record of us paying the tourist tax on arrival ( I paid cash) so charged us again when checking out.

Great accommodation and location. good ski lookers and walk straight out across the roan onto the snow. lovely restaurants next to rooms and great ski hire. We arrived early and they had large safe/locked temporary storage for our luggage and equipment which meant we could unload and get parked.

Although fine, it was old with many bits really in need of replacement. Also easy to fix things like kettle and toaster broken with exposed cables were a surprise considering the cost per night. In general for what we paid would have expected a far higher level of finish. Just no investment for many years is poor considering the profit that they make. In general is as expensive as France but much smaller and worse quality. A shame as has such potential.

It was cosy, quiet, the mattresses were comfortable that were the most important factors for us. And a great location although the lockers were at the other end of the building. Duplex arrangement was fun.

WiFi was sometimes week and some resources were blocked. Apartment furniture is quite simple, but that was expected. P

Frontera Blanca building is located right near ski lift. We got apartment with mountain view, balkony and kitchen corner. Also all the kitchen dishes available, small fridge, cattle, coffee-machine, microwave oven. Downstairs and down the street are the best restaurants in the resort. We ordered also ski passes and rental equipment by Frontera, Ski rental is in the same building, we also got discount by Frontera for ski rental. Ski storage is also in the same building. So you get full package. We ordered also parking - that is quite important in the location. Stuff was very kind and supportive.

The temperature of the apartment varied a lot. It was really warm in the evenings, but went really cold in the middle of the night. we could have benefitted from duvets.

While everything was nice about the property only one thing bothered us was the bathroom , not very comfortable , and it’s hard to find parking , I guess it’s the problem al over the town and the private parkings are way too expensive

A bit noisy at times due to a lot of teenagers staying but not an issue. Arrived 2.30am disappointed beds were not made up ,

Really well situated, clean comfortable rooms, staff very helpful and nice . Fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and percolator. Would not hesitate to stay again, in terms of access to skiing it’s prime position.

Had trouble finding correct lift on arrival. Could have done with a separate bedroom. Didn't realise that no supermarkets would be open on New Year's day which was our first full day in self catering apartment. Settee beds not very comfortable.

Location by slopes and lift. Car park underground. Later night and early morning check in/out. Balcony overlooking ski slopes as requested, thankyou. Helpful reception staff.

It was a little hard to work out if the main reception was for our property or not - I hadn't realised that the whole block was managed by the same place. The toilet room was a bit run down but perfectly functional.

Fantastic location! We had a suit with two bunks and two double bunks. Really well supplied kitchen (thank god for the coffee machine!) and great shower room.

Couldn’t find where to recycle.

Location excellent for skiing. Lift on doorstep. Decent runs down to the other ski bases. Room was perfect for two of us. Ski locker room just downstairs. Decent bars nearby.

Although we asked for a quiet room, and the staff indeed placed us at the corner of the top floor, we found ourselves surrounded by two rooms of teenagers on some kind of a camp. They were loud (music, going between the rooms while shouting in the corridor) at the first night and we had to ask them to keep it quiet. Second night we woke at 3am due to noise, and at someone called the night guard. Admittedly, it was much better from the 3rd night on, but we had the feeling that this hotel often hosts such groups. I think they should be more strict and proactive in this aspect, if they want to attract families as well.

The room is great for a family (separate sleeping area for the kids), the location is fantastic - right across the main ski lifts + free lockers on site. Staff very helpful, and we could book our ski rental and ski lessons through them. Lots of dining options on the ground floor.

1. No "blue" trails in this location. They had 1 blue trail but it was closed. In order to use "blue" trail we had to go to different locations. 2. Beds were not comfortable. 3. Lifts were not operating according to the schedule. They were closing 15 min earlier. One time we had difficulty returning to Pas de la Casa because the lifts closed early without any notice. We had to use last lift opened. The issue was that it only had double black diamond slopes. It was extremely difficult to get the young child down. 4. Although I wrote few negatives I still would want to come back.
