Our previous visit was only a one night stop over but we were keen to see if it was as great as we thought. Our second trip only improved our thoughts on this boutique hotel, team, food and location. Seriously, this is a very rare find. Whoever manages this hotel enjoys derails and also ensures the team are happy. Small points but they show a lot (Marvis tooth paste is rare but only shows the level of detail, Oatly milk for great coffee). The whole team are so open and helpful. We stay in over 15 hotels a year and this one is equal top to the very best in the World. Seriously a gem of a find. The food is exceptional and a fare price. This time we found our favourite walk. It’s just over 8km into the mountains (on your doorstep) with over 6 lakes on route. Our room looks over the pastures with mountain cows and horses with bells. This is a dream of a place. Thank you all for another wonderful stay. We look forward to our return later in the year.

SwitzerlandIt’s next to a huge open car park, which in the winter would be very useful. Perhaps a slight eyesore in the summer but everything else about this very special hotel makes this detail irrelevant. Make sure your room is overlooking the piste.
The description boutique is perfect. Both the food, all the team and hotel were exceptional. We will be returning in a few weeks time. We travel a lot and see this as a very rare find. Well done to everyone who makes this such a rare find.

United KingdomIt was very warm in the room with no aircon. We had to leave the doors open and it was loud at times in the car park during the night. In winter this wouldn't be an issue.
Fantastic location, incredible staff all around. The food at the restaurant was really good too. Great facilities, clean room and building. Lovely experience all around.

FranceSpa closed. Only found out after booking, so could not cancel reservation without forfeit of 90% of fees. Could use one 10 miles away!! In-room jacuzzi bath did not work No air-conditioning system but room temperature controls on wall. Apparently it is only for heat in winter! Water from shower leaked into toilet, but shower was supposed to be sealed. Bed frame is dangerous to toes/ feet. Mattress is smaller than bed frame, which people use as a guide to navigation. Hurt toes will soon show you your depth perception is wrong!
Food was very very good, with generous portions. No problem with the food or the staff
