United KingdomWell it seemed tired and definitely not 4 star. Everywhere was quite basic and the colour scheme definitely needs improvement. Of the 2 lifts 1 was out of order which was the one to the ski store in the basement so a bit of a trek to get our or in for that matter.
Convenient and a fantastic breakfast really good buffet style and catered for all tastes. The bar lounge area was quite presentable with a real log fire, but I would say a good 3 star. One bright star was the young lady on reception very nice and friendly.

United KingdomHotel Grand Pas was a good place to stay. The room is just a bedroom, with nothing more than beds a small desk, TV and the en-suite. Not enough space for any real use of the cupboard. We often hung out in the lounge which was pretty great. Lots of soft seating, a really good bar, and the pool table and table football are in good condition. The on-site restaurant serves a very good breakfast and a great buffet dinner. The ski lockers are very accessible, and access to the ski lift is a short 2-3 mins walk via a shortcut to the piste.

United KingdomBe aware that the hotel is uphill and a bit of a trek at the end of a ski day, particularly in ski boots. We hired ski gear from Surf Evasio 2 next to the slopes and made use of their ski lockers to avoid this issue. Although the hotel do have ski lockers, we felt this was a good decision. Our room was very warm. There was a door to the balcony but having it open meant we heard a lot of noise from the street, so it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
The staff were warm and welcoming. We stayed on the half board option, and breakfast and dinner were very good. We were also able to use the sauna and pool, both of which helped with aching ski legs! The lounge was also a great place to be at the end of a ski day. A hot chocolate on the sofas next to the real fire was fantastic! We had a large comfortable room on the third floor with a lovely view of the mountains and everything we needed for our stay.

United KingdomOverall there wasn't anything me and a friend encountered which we didn't like. We were originally given a double room upon arrival but after checking our booking and speaking at reception we were moved to a double single room. The customer support was excellent
As English speakers the staff were always happy to help and could communicate clearly when asking for things. Staff were always supportive and happy to assist with any queries of where to go or issues we might have encountered. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great as it allowed us to not have to worry about finding somewhere to eat and for both meals there was a great selection of food for everyone. I specifically like how Andorran specific food was labeled differently as it allowed me to be curious trying new foods I haven't eaten before.

IrelandThe hotel is great and the staff are amazing... these are just things to look out for... I had the internal room of the building. So basically the building is square with a space in the middle with a roof so my window was looking out to the opposite window of another room, it was very hot, if you like hot then its fine, but the window is practically fake and can barely ventilate heat since the outside is also enclosed space. Probably the outer rooms would be nicer, over looking the resort and getting propper ventilation. You need to plan your route back from the slope... when youre finishing skiing do not go all the way down the slope.. stop by the shortcut.. you wont miss it its labelled.. if you miss it you have to WALK UP A HILL FULL GEAR.. If you dont have a car or is not physically fit, its very difficult leaving the hotel to go down the hill to the restaurants and shop then walk all the way back up the hill to the hotel..i wish they had delivery in pas de la casa but they do not..so prepare to hike
I have to say the staff are amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the staff clean the rooms everyday. Slopes are easy to get to <but hard to get back up to hotel> The room was nicely equiped with everything you need from soap to towels etc. Etc. The wifi is very quick. Surprisingly very spacious for accomodation in pas de la casa. They have underground parking. The ski lockers are great and organised. Water pressure on the shower was great and water is always hot.
