The bathroom was very smelly from sewage, the smell went to all the room if the windows are closed. Very bad to sleep in a room like this. Also, i chose this hotel because I travel by car with my family and it had a parking for its clients, but when i arrived was all full. I needed to pay 40 euro for a private garage. This was not nice, because if i knew that i would book another hotel. Also the windows are not soundproof you can hear all the cars passing.

Spa was pretty disappointing, is not at all like it looks in the pictures and the place in general could use a bit of an update.

The spa is not really a spa, so don’t have many expectations. Also the door of the bathroom wasn’t closing properly, this was an issue in our room.

However, the check-in process was quite slow — it took around 40 minutes. The receptionist was friendly but clearly inexperienced. It would have helped to have someone there to assist him, as he was working alone.

This was our second stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location convenient, and the breakfast was good.

We booked through Booking.com for a standard double including breakfast. The man on reception told us breakfast was not included, even though i showed him my app, which clearly showed breakfast was included for the price I had paid. At check-out, i was given a bill for over €200 most of which was for breakfasts. After numerous messages when we got home we received a refund. If the man on reception had listened to me when we checked in, it could all have been avoided.

They didn’t let us do the check in before check in time. I was with 2 minors and very tired. I understand we arrived very early but we waited too much, some guests they allow to do early check in. Especially Christian he made us wait wait and wait… it’s too much!!

The only negative thing I could say would be that check in was earlier.

We arrived at the hotel around 12pm with luggage, but check-in was not yet available, but they had a place where we could leave our bags and go on our tours without our luggage (which was great to have this service available, so we were able to make the most of our trip). There was also a bathroom at reception where we could change and tables where we could eat before heading out for the tour. When we returned, it was already around 5:30 pm, we checked in and went to the room quickly, we had another appointment at 6 pm (Caldea, it was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel, this was perfect, as we wouldn't have much time between arrival at the hotel and this appointment, we 100% recommend Caldea, the Premium package is the most worthwhile in our opinion, as it has the best swimming pools and we also recommend Tobotronc at Naturland, We loved the tour, it's a shame there's a 2x limit on the ticket only). Upon leaving Caldea, we went to the center at McDonalds (which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel and 5 minutes from Caldea), we loved the snack options, different from where we live, and we went to the Hotel to rest. The room is spacious, has a heater and TV, a beautiful view and the shower was very good too. We found the room and bedding very clean and had everything we needed (towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer...) and the bed was very spacious. We had a great night and have nothing to complain about. The hotel is not the most modern in the city, but it met all our needs and we found the price and location to be very good for our needs. From the bus stop, it took us around 20 minutes to walk. The city is quiet and safe. We loved our time in Andorra and we definitely recommend it. The only thing I regret is not having stayed 1 or 2 more in the city, in case you wanted to enjoy the other Grandvalira park and also to do the shopping.

We stayed at the hotel for one week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. First of all, the rooms were really spacious, including the bathrooms, which were clean and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic—perfect for shopping and dining, with Carrefour supermarket just a short walk away. It’s also only a minute away from the bus station, where buses take you directly to the ski resorts, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were outstanding. A special thank you to Mikealla, the waitress in the restaurant, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a small spa, which, while basic, offers good privacy, along with a small swimming pool and a sauna. The food is a mixed story. Breakfast was great—fresh and varied. However, the dinner included in the half-board option was disappointing. The hot dishes, like the soup, were served lukewarm, and on the first day, we were served a piece of fat instead of pork meat. After we raised our concerns, the hotel kindly offered us the option to spend €50 in the lobby restaurant instead, and the food there was absolutely fantastic—delicious and far better than what was served upstairs in the included dining option. Another highlight was the maintenance staff, who went above and beyond to guide us on how to start our ski holiday, including the best ski rental options and which bus to take. While the hotel is rated 4 stars, it lacks room service, which is unusual for this category. However, the exceptional staff made our stay memorable and enjoyable. If the chef in the main restaurant were replaced or the food improved, this hotel would truly be top-notch
