Service at the bar was slow, a minor grumble though.

The rooms were comfy and spacious. The bathrooms are really nice, with a good powerful shower. The location is perfect, 5 mins from the main boulevard with all the shops and restaurants. Pool is really nice, super friendly staff. It’s raised above the road, so you feel like you are bathing in the mountains, not a city.

Parking was not at the hotel, which was not the best since it was raining. Restaurant is not good, food is not great, but price is amazing.

It was lovely! Room was comfy, spacious, staff was helpful and nice, spa is super nice, it’s close to some street art, calming noise of the river.

The use of spa was a bit complicated and the only time available I had to cancel or I would not be able to catch my bus on time. Since I elected this hotel only to use the spa, I couldn't avoid being disappointed. The description for the use was not clearly set during reservation, so I think it could be better developed.

The hotel is very nice and room is very good. Staff is friendly and the view of the river outside is nice and relaxing. My room had a street view, but no noise neither heavy lights at night.

We had to pay for the spa which was not specified on the booking reservation. They said that if we were booking this through booking the spa would be charged.

The staff were excellent. The facilities were fantastic. Accessible and reasonably priced spa. Large pool and bar. Good breakfast. Lovely room and great location.

The first room we got smelled of smoke. It was towards the street where there is a small balcony which apparently was used for smoking. But we got a new room and it was fine.

There were traffic works outside my window and the walk to the parking was a pain with all my luggage (no wheels!)

Clearly I was staying out of season as this place should have cost more. The location was really great too as I could easily walk into town.

The swimming pool isn’t on site it’s a walk up the road and not solely for residents stay hotel. I also asked for a softer pillow and was told at reception they couldn’t sort it but it would be done. It wasn’t.

It was clean and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The dinner was one of the worst we have ever had in a hotel. we order a fish ( truita) which was almost RAW and had to send it back. My fgish was about 2-3 cm long....not evcen enough for a child. We were there 2-3y ago and it was much better but today i sugest to stay very far away that restaurant.

It had a super good breakfast with a lot of choice and even fresh squeezed orange juice. The view was also very nice next to a small river.

Nice staff, warm and welcoming. Great breakfast. Our room was big and very clean. Close to the shopping area. If you are travelling by car you can park the car just in fronto of the hotel for unloading the luggage. Locked parking place at 100 mt up to a steep road.

Our Car got scratched (vandalised) on the parkinglot of the hotel. The next night the same happened to the car of a Swiss guest there. It is an issue. The hotelstaff was certainly considerate but said it wasn't their responsability....(maybe so legally but morally still..) I filed a police report but dont expect too much from it. It was a BIIG disappointment that this happened in Andorra after a nice and relaxed stay there.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool is open only during the summer and hammam wasn't working when we arrived. Also it is very uncomfortable that you can book spa and massage only upon arrival and there were not many spots (I think only 4-6 people max as spa area is very small). And you need to bring the towel from the room to the spa area. The parking situation is not that convenient.. first you park in front of the hotel to get your bags in and than we had to drive to another hotel for underground parking.

We really liked the room: clean, comfortable, bathtub :), enough light and space. we had a kettle, some teas in the room which was really good. Dinner menu in the hotel is amazing and at a very good price (3 course for 22 eur), we enjoyed it. The service in the hotel was also quite ok, people were very pleasant. Overall I enjoyed our short stay.

The “spa” itself was outdated and only the jacuzzi and sauna were open. Although the website stated the pool was open, it sadly wasn’t (it was beautiful, hot weather and we were sad not to be able to enjoy the pool - as this was the main reason for choosing this hotel. We felt a bit cheated.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly- especially the girl who gave the spa treatment (Christina).
