How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

- booking chat is a bot, they oblige you to call foreign numbers that are paid. - check in was hard since it wasn't possible to contact the place via the numbers available. - check out needed to wait until 9am, to simply leave a key

I would definitely go back to this property, so these comments are just suggestions and advice! Some of the pillows could do with replacing, and a bathmat, hand towel and tea towel would have been useful to have. There isn't a locker space for skis in the building, so they suggested storing our skis in the room but we preferred to leave them in the lockers at Skiset as you can ski straight to the lockers and it's much more comfortable. The lockers are heated overnight so everything dries for the next day. Pas de la Casa has lots of older buildings with thin walls so bring earplugs for the night. We had quiet, respectful neighbours and the building rules are for no noise from 10pm to 8am, so we didn't get interrupted. Friends who stayed in a much pricier hotel also had issues with noise travelling through thin walls, so ear plugs are very recommended!
Ramon was really helpful and friendly on arrival, check-in was really easy. He gave us a discount voucher for our ski rental in the place just opposite. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a double bed, single bed and double sofa bed. Even with the sofa bed set up, we had space for all 5 of us to sit at the table and have dinner together. The kitchen has everything you need and they give a pack of cleaning products. The sheets and towels are all clean and provided in a plastic sealed bag. We had an issue that the previous tenants had hidden the fact that they'd broken the bed frame, so we put the mattress directly on the floor and informed Ramon in the morning. We said it wasn't a problem to sleep on the floor, but he insisted they would fix it and someone arrived shortly after, took away the broken frame and by the time we got back from the slopes that same day we had a new bed ready to sleep in. Hot water was plentiful and the flat was permanently warm through heating panels on the wall. The location is really unbeatable! We were able to watch the fireworks and kings procession down the slopes from our window we were that close to the piste.

Reception is close in check-in time We need to find their office to get to key., Office is hard to find, its inside the building without any sign outside, we needed to ask some locals where we can find it.. Upon check out the reception ask me if i throw the trash that he didnt mention upon check in and telling me it can cost 40€ of charge from our deposit.. and ofcourse we left the Unit clean
The room has a nice view Bars and restaurants nearby and open until 3am

Perhaps the beds could be more comfortable

The bunk bed will give a creak sound if you moved.

we payed for a 5 bed accommodation and were given 3. The staff was rude and said they couldn’t do anything about the issue and that booking.com is who caused the issue. they offered no discount or refund and were very dismissive and rude as previously stated.

Reception was slow and not very helpful.toilet didn't work and also the kettle for making a hot drink didn't work. Told reception and was left the entire visit without a toilet or a kettle as no one came to repair. When came to checkout the reception was closed and was left with a part address as to where to leave the key which would of been helpful if this was explained on check in.
Location was perfect and the room was clean with clean bed sheets and towels
