There is a wonderful (flat) hiking trail to the reservoir nearby. Hotel grounds are quite pleasant. Building architecture somewhat unique. Good parking security.

Hiking trail not mentioned. Poor signage. Impractical interior design with extremely poor lighting (motion sensor delay makes lighting even worse). Spa does not meet expectations. There's a pointless emphasis on reserving things. The restaurant is masquerading as Michelin - it isn't. Booked events supersede guests' access to facilities. The bar is quite a poor arrangement.

Beautiful room, unusual, loved the stark black theme. Bed comfortable and big. Large shower. Lovely toiletries. Surrounding gardens, local walks and peacefulness of the area. Easy to reach from town.

Better lighting especially in the bathroom area. Disappointed that there was not a dress code for the restaurant in the evening, hoodies and jeans are such a no no.

the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. They help you solve any question... a very nice and quiet place, for people who love peace and natural beauty…

Evrething is good

Simply put, absolutely everything - the stunning and convenient location (being right in the middle of Andorra, everywhere else is easily accessible), the glorious locally sourced and expertly prepared dishes including the most fabulous breakfast, and it's by far the most comfortable place l've stayed at!

If they were able to offer a shuttle service during the summer months as well that would be helpful.

We weren’t informed in advance that a wedding meant the hotel restaurant wasn’t open - so we had to take a taxi to the town centre for dinner instead - extra cost of 30+ euros and would have been nice to be informed having booked several months beforehand.

Ambiance and breakfast was great.

Other guests were noisy (up talking loudly until 11:30) and rooms not well insulated.

Everything was better then expected. Big room, nice spa, tasty breakfast and very nice restaurant with delicios food. 5 minutes by car to Funicamp. Very quit and peacefull place. Strongly recommend.

This is an exceptional place. It is beautiful and elegant. We really loved everything about it: the food, the service, the place, and how friendly they are. We will definitely try to come back next year

It is a magical place, where staff were clearly happy to work there and empowered. We felt pampered and looked after. A massive thanks to Toni from the restaurant, for his kind attention and innate sense of hospitality. Fantastic breakfast! Great job to all staff, from reception to cleaners!

Shame the restaurant is not open everyday, as the reduced menu was disappointing. Also more variety of non-meat dishes would be awesome, for example, cater for vegan without necessarily eating a coca of verduras. Soups, vegan protein salads, stir fry, curries! Just be creative!
