Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThere was no air conditioner, cooler, or even a fan, which made the room quite warm at times. The breakfast became a bit monotonous, as it was the same every day. The bathroom was very small, particularly the bath, and parking was full when we returned from dinner, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was construction next door, which created some noise during the day.
We had a very good stay at the Montecarlo Hotel. The best parts were definitely the excellent location, making it easy to explore the area, and the good breakfast offered every morning. It’s also conveniently close to a laundromat and a supermarket, which was really handy during the trip. Another highlight was the beautiful view from the balcony — a lovely bonus to enjoy after a day out.

Kind staff and close to the main road to Andorra La Vella There was a misunderstanding on the breakfast time, but they manage to arrange us a small breakfast. Good Value for Money!

FranceThe lobby smelled of cigarettes even though there were 'no smoking' signs in the hotel. The hostess/waiter in the restaurant was VERY rude. She interrupted us in the middle of our breakfast and spoke very rudely, saying we were seated on a reserved table although there was no Reserved sign. I wonder who reserves a table for breakfast in a 2-star hotel and when more than half the restaurant was empty. We were disappointed and left the restaurant without finishing our breakfast.
