We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. United Kingdom10 minute walk to the ski lift, clean with good facilities, coffee, shower gel, towels, cleaning products all provided. Bus stop outside the building. Would recommend lockers at the bottom or top of the gondola so you do not need to bring your gear down.

Great compact apartment for a couple or small family. Super clean and easy access with secure parking. Dealing with the owner was super easy and relaxed. Located close enough to the slopes and a short walk to bars and restaurants but away from the noisy centre.

AustraliaDifficult to contact and to have information. Once at the property we learned that we had to go to the office to do some paperwork. We had to do those over the phone in the corridor in front of the locked door, with 2 kids. It would have been more appropriate to give us the code for us to do the paperwork comfortably, or at first letting us know to go to the office in another town. We felt very bad on arrival to be poorly treated.

United Kingdomwe arrived for 3 30 pm to collect they key - had to wait 30 min ;difficult to find entrance to the building; get very noise in the night - wall are super thin - you can hear people taking next door ; there was admin error - we arranged ski equipment and ski passes to be ready for us - it wasn't and we had to pay much more ..- for family of 4 it was big expenses ; the slops in the front of the window - are for private hotel only
