It is not so clear in the advertisement that swimming pool is 24€ extra to pay. Room is a bit small for a 4* hotel. Not easy to use the shower on the room. Parking in Andora is very expensive.

Staff were superb - many spoke very good English, which was great because my French isn't great. Secure parking underground for our motorbikes. Beautiful hotel, food was good. View from room, with balcony over the city and the mountains beyond was awesome.

The hotel parking is very limited and we couldn’t park there. The public uncovered parking nearby had the last space :-) The SPA is NOT included (and it’s not mentioned on booking.com hotel information) it would cost EUR 24 per person for 2 hours and it was CLOSED when we arrived around 8pm. So in fact the reason I selected the hotel was missing. The location was nevertheless good. The hotel is a bit aged, but it has some charm. There are some upgrading works made in the hotel. There is also a big construction site near uncovered parking. It woke us up around 7am :-(

Our room was spacious and the bathroom, too. Our huge bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the choice was amazing.

What I didn't like and it caused me some embarrassment was we had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant. When we were finished the head waiter asked for our room number. We assumed the bill would be settled along with other expenses on check out. However I was handed a note in the lobby in front of other guests stating that I failed to pay my bill for our food. So I paid and made my feelings known.

The breakfast is outstanding. The cleanliness and orderliness of the entire hotel is of a high standard. The spacious bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. The room is large and comfortable for staying.

Was under the impression that the spa, pool and other facilities of the sorts are free to use for hotel guests. However upon check in, was informed that if I wish to use those facilities its 24€.

The location is very good, close to everything and has available parking for 23€ per day which is very nice. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is good, and the restaurant/bar/cafe on the ground floor has a lovely terrace on the square. Very good coffee too!

I stayed over for 2 nights whilst enroute to Barcelona. On arrival I was unable to use their carpark however there's a secured underground carpark opposite for the same rates 28 euros per 24 hours. Hotel location is central to restaurants, bars and shopping. The solarium spa is 24 euros and really worth a visit. The room is comfortable with smart TV, fridge, free safe, walk in shower & deep bath, air conditioning and tea making facilities. Breakfast is first class with a selection of hot and cold foods. Highly recommended

We had to park in a public parking lot (expense covered by the hotel) because the car was too big. But it was not that bad

Unclear information from the hotel on charging electric cars. For those, interested here is a clear explanation: the hotel has two Tesla destination chargers, however, they are both non working (the hotel says sometimes working but not with every Tesla model, which is wrong, these chargers are just DEAD. However, in the same parking places it is possible to charge two cars from two sockets with 13A, and I saw another socked nearby, in the same floor (-2). When entering the garage door with a low-slung car, keep to the right side of the gate, to ensure that the ground does not reach the bottom of the car.

If you come by car (which would be parked in the garage, and driven out, by the staff), you need to know that you cannot leave it in the hotel garage beyond the official checkout time. So if you plan a day outing on the day of your checkout (such as going skiing or to Caldea), you have to retrieve it the moment you leave the hotel and move it to one of the pay parkings in the town.

Super well located with very attentive and helpful staff! It was comfortable enough - and if you are looking for a vintage alpine feel of your room, this would be the place for you.
