Value for money excellent breakfast good position with lovely views outside sitting area

No air con or lift

Comfortable stay, the hotel is located just two minutes from the bus stops, and supermarkets are nearby. Very generous breakfasts with a variety of sweet and salty dishes, and different kinds of coffee. Very friendly personnel.

The hotel is quite noisy, especially at night, since the main road is nearby. Also, the lighting at the balconies cannot be turned out. A coffee machine should be available for free during the day.

Nice location. Very clean. Nice garden where you can relax or have breakfast. Nice staff giving some good advices. Parking on the spot (paid 7 euros per day). Good money/value relation.

Location close to the road so if you open the window, it tends to be noisy. There is no A/C so during hot period it's difficult to sleep. They provide the fan but it's super noisy. What should be improved is the quality of the breakfast.

At least there is parking and the breakfast is substantial provided you arrive for it not too late

The room was very small and it was disappointing to find that no food was available in the evening. This meant a long walk to find somewhere to eat which was not easy

The room was comfortable if sparsely decorated and furnished. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were very friendly.

1. The fresh fruit at breakfast was not very fresh!! 2. When guests in the neighbouring room smoked on their balcony the smoke drifted into our room which was very unpleasant.

65€ including parking, tourist tax and a very nice breakfast in August, that' s all there is to say. Sure, there is stuff that could be done in the room, but it had a clean bed and a shower. Unbeatable deal !

Ideal location for visiting the ITV, good breakfast, clean room, exceptionally well-organized and reasonably priced parking (a big deal for Andorra!)

Breakfast could be a bit earlier, 7:00 would be ideal.

I had one of the *only two* rooms with working aircon: the rest of our group got a desk fan upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating - being able to speak Spanish helps a LOT.. My room [101] had both aircon and a larger balcony.

Lack of aircon in Summer, tiny balcony (of other room [106, 107], old and musty carpeting, outdated furnishings in the bathroom: the glass panel of one shower wall in room 101 shows the inside shell of the wardrobe in the bedroom, I.e. it had never been properly panelled /closed since installing the shower.

The location was great, right in the small town centre and close to the duty free outlets and cheap petrol stations close to the Spanish border.

There was literally nowhere to eat. Nowhere!! We had to buy snacks and eat them in our room. Crazy. Simply nowhere was open for any type of food.

This property offers an ideal balance of tranquility and convenience, located very close to the city center yet set in a peaceful area with a lovely mountain view. It's perfect for those who want easy access to the city without sacrificing a calm atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making the stay truly relaxing. A big highlight was the friendly and welcoming staff, who were attentive and kind both day and night, adding a personal and warm touch to the experience. The breakfast was excellent, included in the price and offering a generous, delicious, and diverse selection that exceeded expectations. Speaking of cost, the price was fair and reasonable for the value received. Another major advantage is the large private parking area, which is often difficult to find in the area. Having convenient and secure parking made logistics easy, especially since I had booked two rooms.

Honestly, there’s nothing negative to mention about this property. The only personal regret was not booking a longer stay. Everything from service to comfort exceeded expectations.

Lovely size room great to have a balcony to sit out on. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

For evening meal only choice was pizza, but you could walk to find another place to eat at.
