One big double room two smaller with bunks. Small ones fine with one person but would be cosy with more!

Good location with short level walk to 4 good restaurants and bar. Short down hill to highstreet with a few more. Huge balcony. Very well equipped kitchen incl senseo coffee maker, filter machine and also stove top espresso pots. We parked in underground carpark.- if someone goes down first and presses the green button from the inside.

The lift didn’t work most of the time and the property is on the top Floor. Also the toilet was leaking. Also it had a bad smell in some of the rooms

The kitchen was very narrow, more like a hallway. The balcony would have been nice except the next door neighbors who shared half of the balcony (separated by a wood railing), smoked frequently on their part, talked loud, and in general made the balcony unusable. The building was up a narrow street with no parking. It was challenging to unload luggage and groceries into the apartment. Parking is in a paid lot down the hill or underground structure, and is not cheap by the day.

It was easy to get the keys by appointment, but the office wasn't always attended. The upper floor views were very good. The bathroom and kitchen have been modernized. The living/dining room and bedrooms retained traditional plank wood floors. There was a nice balcony.

On street parking you need to pay and limited spaces. I arrived 5 mins after the advertised closing time for the office to collect the keys, but had been in contact with the company about this. Received an email saying they were leaving and I had to pay the visitor tax online before being told how to get the key. I had no internet access in Andorra so this meant I had to ask different hotels could I use their internet to access my emails, pay the fee and then had to wait for an email response about where the key was. This was stressful. I would have been happy to do this earlier in the day when I had internet access but was not informed until close of the office. However once I received the response the key was collected easily.

Lovely apartment, 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants, pubs, supermarket and gondola lift.

Location of apartment was fab with added bonus of car park space for one of our vehicles. Parking close by too which was cheap.

Only discovered upon arrival in resort (thanks to Andorra Travel Services) that check in was at 3pm in the general office, rather than getting direct access to the accommodation. As far as I can recollect this was not pointed out prior to booking. Out transfer driver dropped us off at the location which we thought was our accommodation and luckily enough it was nearby, however we had to leave our luggage in the street as we went to find the local office to check in. That said, the check in process was smooth enough and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location and great facilities. Property has a lift which is ideal. Internet was a bit poor.

Parking was not included and is a bit of a risk every day but we were lucky to always find a spot close to the building. Building is badly soundproofed, hence if you are sensitive to the sounds caused by your neighbours this could be bothersome.

Perfectly fit for purpose. Super well equipped (kitchen equipment, washing machine, hair dryer, iron …) . Big terrace with a nice view. Very practical to have two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub). Enough room to store cloths in every room. Nice and cosy living/dining room. Contrary to previous comments the TV allows access to Amazon Prime and Netflix. If you Ski from Soldeu you can walk to the lift (~400-500m). Nice restaurants, bars and several small super markets all in walking distance. We stayed here with kids and I would definitively consider coming back.

Check in is supposed to be from 15:00 but they were still cleaning the apartment and we were let in about 45 minutes after but the floors were soaking wet from mopping and were warned about going in before it dried. Only 1 set of keys was available to begin with and chasing up the second set the day after meant another wait until they called a member of staff to bring them. The showers in both bathrooms has issues with water temperature and pressure. Initially, it would go scolding hot then icy cold without changing the temperature. We did report it during our stay. Thereafter, the pressure was low and whilst the temperature still varies it remained on the low side. The heating we also had to report, as it would switch off after 30 minutes, back to 7oC so the apartment was cold. They came and fixed this by extending the WiFi. Thereafter, it worked well. The electricity had cut out one day and we tried use the manual to reset the fuses but the instructions are unclear and not up to date, which we ended up needing staff help to resolve. Sofa splits apart.

Location was only a few minute walk to the transfer coach drop off and pick off, as well as the gondola. Spacious apartment, ideal for groups, that was in good condition overall. Having 2 bathrooms was ideal. Lovely views from the balcony. Staff were responsive, polite and helpful (though clearly working very lean) - offered us a slightly later Check out time and somewhere to store our things on departure before our coach.

They leave the sheets in a bag on each bed for you to put on. I don't like that at all. The bathtub had water leaking out the sides.

It was the perfect apartment for a week's skiing from Soldeu into the excellent ski area. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and it had all the facilities required. For example, they fixed an issue with the shutters very quickly.

Spacious apartments for a large group of friends. Nice and close to the centre but also everything you would need to cook and prepare meals. We did a mixture of both and were really impressed by the living space and comfy sofa.
